Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, mais l'hôtel lui-même ne correspond pas au rapport qualité/prix, il est étrange qu'il soit considéré comme le meilleur de Nijni Novgorod. Les hôtels cinq étoiles n'ont pas de spa et le sauna n'est pas bon, la réception peut appeler des massages, mais uniquement du personnel externe. Le pire dans la chambre est le seuil de la salle de bain. Vous pouvez tout gâcher. Il n'y a pas de tapis dans la salle de bain, et la porte de la salle de bain glisse et tremble, et elle se ferme hermétiquement ou ne se ferme pas. Le service en chambre est assez long. L'intérieur et le design de l'hôtel sont cool.vendu

Хороший отель, вежливый персонал на ресепшн, заселили быстро и хорошо, всё кратко и понятно рассказали (про тренажёрный зал, гладильную комнату, завтрак). Удобные номера, всё есть (фен, мини-бар, гели-шампуни-крем, халат, тапочки, зубная паста и щётки..) Для командировки идеально. Расположен прямо около автобусной остановки, и автобусы в ходят каждые 5 минут, поэтому, несмотря на удалённость от центра, доехать можно куда угодно (без пробок за полчаса, в часы пик максимум за час, это не Москва 👍)) Кровать в номере хорошая, телик не включали, балкона нет, непринципиально. Ванна в стандартном номере (не душевая кабина 👍). Мы из Подмосковья, вкус воды тоже очень специфический, но наверное это во всём городе так, а не в отеле. Спасибо за спокойное и комфортное пребывание!vendu

Запах в коридоре на 3 этаже старческий, номер попался 311, чистый, большой, два окна, телевизор в рабочем состоянии, куча каналов, холодильник рабочий, большой шкаф для одежды. Приехали поздно вечером, быстро оформились, оставили машину на небольшой парковке. В день заселения не работал душ, с утра пришёл сантехник и проблему устранил (а так девушка на ресепшн неоднократно предлагала сама переселить нас, нам даже просить не надо было, но решили остаться там, Номер хороший). Персонал очень вежливый. Завтраки однообразные, но сытные. Метро под носом, рядом ТЦ, через дорогу вкусные роллы в Самурае, неподалёку парк для вечерних прогулок отличный.vendu

Останавливались с 2мя детьми на пару ночей в 2х-комнатном номере. В целом всё понравилось. Удобное расположение - рядом метро, магазины. В самом здании отеля прекрасные ресторан. Цены не низкие, но порции и качество отличное. Брали суши сеты. Там же есть игровой уголок для детей. Номер комфортный. Возникло некоторое непонимание на первое утро с завтраком. Если он включен, то надо не забыть взять талон и отдать его в кафе. И надо понимать, что завтрак практически готовится по каждому закажу, поэтому время ожидания было у нас от 15 минут. Это вроде бы и не проблема (по России почему-то так часто бывает...), но если спешишь и с детьми, то надо это учитывать... Возможно проще что-то купить на утро заранее. При этом сотрудники явно стараются. И ещё, как мы поняли, не существует возможности подняться к лифту минуя не большую, но конкретную лестницу. Т.е. с коляской или у маломобильных людей могут быть сложности... На сам город Нижний Новгород 2х дней малова-то, чтобы всё интересное посмотреть. Но я бы рекомендовал больше исторические места и, наверное, зоопарк. А вот парки аттракционов вряд ли впечатлят, с учётом их цен...vendu

Ну, что сказать... в целом отель произвел благоприятное впечатление. Расположен в пешей доступности от исторического центра города. Номера ухоженные, чистые, всё в исправном состоянии. Неплохие, хоть и не сказать, что-б прям шикарные, завтраки. В ресторане отеля можно, при желании, и пообедать, и поужинать по вполне вменяемым ценам. Есть собственный паркинг для гостей. С общественным транспортом всё много хуже: рядом с отелем останавливается лишь один автобус, да и тот ходит с полутора-двухчасовыми интервалами. Персонал отзывчивый, вежливый, но при этом не навязчивый. Убирались хорошо, запас шампуней и гелей в ванной пополняли регулярно. Из недостатков (а у кого их нет?) отмечу лишь один: в отеле везде, и в номере, и в коридорах, несмотря на вроде бы выключенное отопление, было довольно жарко и даже душновато. В результате в номере приходилось включать довольно шумный кондиционер, хотя на улице жары отнюдь не было.vendu

Отель расположен в тихом и уютном месте. И, что очень важно - совсем близко от исторического центра: пешеходная улица Большая Покровская, Кремль, набережная. Что немаловажно, рядом метро. Милый и уютный. Кстати, есть сауна. Особенно хочется отметить персонал отеля. все приветливые, обаятельные, готовые оказать любую помощь по любому вопросу. Милые девочки-администраторы: Яна, Ирина, Анна, Александра консультировали по любым вопросам. Повар Леонид всегда был на кухне рядом с залом, где проходил завтрак и интересовался, всё ли устраивает, хватает ли еды. На завтрак всегда было, что выбрать: сыр, колбаса, сырники/запеканка, блинчики, омлет, творог, сметана, тортик/шарлотка. Для тех, кто остается недовольным завтраком, предлагаю вспомнить, чем обычно мы завтракам дома сами :) Номер соответствовал обозначенному на сайте. Чисто, уютно, постельное бельё - тоже чистое. Чисто, уютно, как в самой комнате, так и в санузле. Единственным минусом для меня, как для аллергика явились плотные и пыльные шторы. В последствии двигали их очень аккуратно. Вид из окна выходил во двор на старый деревянный дом. Создавалось такое впечатление, что мы попали в старину - это было затейно. Хочется отметить, что, чаще всего, номер нужен для того, чтобы переночевать, поэтому всё очень достойно. Знакомым будем рекомендовать это милое и приветливое место. На письма отвечают мгновенно и подробно. Заселение быстрое. Чисто. Номер люкс просторный. Прихожая, гостиная с раскладным диваном (для ребенка- удобно, для взрослого или тяжелого подростка уже будет некомфортно). Спальня с большой и удобной кроватью, но она проходная в санузел). Санузел большой совместный. С ванной и душевой (халаты и косметика в наличии). Телевизоры в каждой комнате. Чайник (чай, сахар), холодильник. Капсульная кофеварка есть, но капсула кофе 100 рублей. Минибар платный. Вода бесплатно пополняется ежедневно. Понравился ресторан на завтрак. Светлый ”свадебный” с приятной музыкой и певчими птичками. Затраки на 4* соответствуют. Хорошие кофемашины. Бассейн и сауна (1 час в день входят в стоимость). Это спортивный комплекс для всех желающих. А потому голые (полностью) тетеньки в сауне увлеченно и шумно производящие массаж вакуумными баночками немного подпортили мою картину мира))). А 20 дам пенсионного возраста, занимающихся аквааэробикой обратили в бегство моего супруга)). Но если правильно выбрать время, то поплавать в бассейне будет возможно. Бесплатная охраняемая парковка. Если вы на машине- рекомендую. Ресторан на 11 этаже рекомендую. Особенно на закате!vendu

Отель полностью соответствует 4 звездам. Приветливый персонал, отличные завтраки, наполнение номеров на высоте. Отдельно отмечу отличный ресторан в отеле. Рекомендую его для обеда/ужина. Не пожалеете! А теперь поподробнее. Номер стандарт небольшой, но в нем кондиционер, сейф, тв, вместительный шкаф, балкончик. Чайник, чай-кофе, вода (обновляется ежедневно). В ванной есть тапочки, халаты, зубная щетка/паста, мыло, шампунь, гель, фен, полотенцесушитель. В общем, все, что надо для комфортного пребывания. У отеля есть своя парковка на 10-11 машин. Расположение у Минина отличное, в самом центре, но чуть в стороне. До Кремля и Большой Покровской - 4 минуты пешком. Завтраки проходят на первом этаже, можно устроиться на уютной террасе на улице с видом на Волгу. Как и писала выше, рекомендую не только завтрак, но обед и ужин в ресторане отеля. Поварам респект. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать отель Минин и в следующий приезд остановлюсь только в нем.vendu

Останавливалась в этом отеле на две ночи в феврале 2023 г. во время служебной командировки. Основное преимущество - расположение практически в центре, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, что не может не радовать (когда отдыхали в Нижнем с подругой на майских 2022 г, снимали квартиру на противоположной стороне в 1 км от Нижегородской ярмарки, топать до центра пришлось прилично, поэтому пользовались такси, причем стоимость квартиру за сутки на майских была 5000). Поэтому в след раз, когда приедем отдыхать в Нижней, остановимся на этом отеле. Прошу учитывать, что номер в Центре, поэтому тишины здесь нет, слышно проезжающий транспорт. Номер стандартный, но я жила в нем одна, кровать большая, двуспальная. В номере было все необходимое - столик, тумбочки, телевизор, зеркало, ванная комната, фен. Все чисто и ухоженно. Брала также завтрак, приносили в номер на подносе, причем просила к определенному времени, чтобы успеть на работу. Завтрак стандартный - омлет, каша, бутерброд, йогурт, яблоко, кофе. Из приключений - был инцидент с душем, не смогла переключить, но проблему устранили. Из советов отелю - сделайте, чтобы при открытии двери из номера в коридоре не задирался/поднимался ковер.vendu

La réservation a été faite sur le site de l'hôtel avec un salaire sur place. La chambre a été prise par des affaires, spacieuses, correspondant à la photo. Un ami a pris la norme économique d'abord - il était petit, puis s'est déplacé à la norme, il y avait assez d'espace. le mini réfrigérateur fonctionnait bien, le condei duul bien, la porte de la cabine de douche n'était pas fermée - nous avons grillé, Et tout va bien. Dans la salle de bain, il y a une pompe individuelle de bruit, en même temps que l'eau est éteinte ou jetée, il y a un odeur désagréable .....Mais nous n'avons pas tenté. Petit déjeuner est en, 2 nuits 9600 roubles. Parcing n'est pas disponible! Il y a des signes de parking payé dans la rue, mais il n'y a pas de terminal, donc ils ont jeté la voiture de la route, il y a tout comme ça. Déjeuner - Al Swedish table: café, sauces, omelettes, tomates, cucumbers, tous chauds, nous étions satisfaits et satisfaits! Il y a même dans un tas de types de cucumbers marinés - j'ai aimé. Bonjour à tous! Je ne fais que rarement des commentaires sur les hôtels en Russie, car tout est bien habituellement et il n'y a pas de problème. Nous voyageons beaucoup dans les régions de la Russie, mais c'est cet hôtel de Nizhny Novgorod qui a laissé l'impression la plus négative de l'hébergement ici. À partir des plus: l'hôtel est nouveau, près de la gare. Sur cela, tous les plus sont finis. Selon le minus : nous avons vécu une semaine, jamais changé de lit (et cela, pour un instant, les exigences pour les hôtels de catégorie 3 étoiles - ”changé de lit 1 fois tous les 3 jours, change de serviettes - quotidiennement”). Les serviettes sont laissées à la porte, la chambre n'est pas nettoyée et la chambre est sortie du bagage au moins si tard le soir, lorsque les invités sont déjà endormées. Le champagne de la chambre est aussi - déficit et même avec de la savonne aussi. Demandez à la resepschen de apporter - promesse et plus d'inconnu. Les petits-déjeuners sont continentales, rares, pas de choix. Une et la même chaque jour, pas de changement, tous les 7 jours. Je pensais que vous ne vous rencontreriez nulle part comme ça, aaa, non, ici, dans cet hôtel. Les trams sont en train, très bruyant. Avec les enfants, je ne risquerais pas d'hébergement ici. Les trams ne sont généralement pas liés à l'hôtel. Dans le reste de l'hôtel - gras min, pour la qualité, le service. Et surtout - les problèmes des clients ne sont pas non plus prêts à résoudre et ne veulent pas, ils ne le font pas. Demandes de retirer la chambre ou de porter des serviettes - ne sont-elles pas réalisées, dites aux touristes que les serveuses sont si fatiguées qu'elles ne s'en occupent pas, ne gèrent pas, etc. Alors, désolé, peut-on engager plus de personnel ou quelque chose à améliorer ?
