Let me start of by saying that the staff at GHL Hotel were VERY helpful. The minute we walked through the door we were treated like family. The check in process was very easy and quick. We didn't have to worry about our luggage the hotel handled all of that. The room were very clean. The rooms had a small sink near the entry door which I'm not sure why, a small closet, small refrigerator which included snacks and drinks (at a cost of course). I did notice that the hotel did not furnish face towels. Only had 2 towels and a hand towel. I did ask the front desk if any face towels were available and the response was we don't supply those. We were able to pickup a few face towels at the dollar store. The pool was amazing (kiddy pool and adult pool). The loved the location of the hotel. Was not far from the airport about 10 to 15 mins. The hotel is not that close to a grocery store but its a 10min cab drive. There is a small convince store on the property but will be limited on some things. The hotel sits on the beach shore which I took a beach walk every morning. The hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT!!!. The food was outstanding and very cheap. Although we did not know that much Spanish the staff was very helpful to cater to us and using our phone translator came in handy. I would have never thought I would have visit Colombia but now that I have I can't wait until I go back. This was a truly a great vacation. Thank you GHL Hotel Relax Costa Azul for a wonderful time. Cet hôtel est situé à quelques pas de la plage avec une vue très belle sur les montagnes et la mer , mais le plus incroyable est leur personnel , incroyablement utile et toujours prêt à m' aider et à ma famille . Nous avons voyageé dans un groupe de 12 familles avec notre fils de 7 mois et ma grand-mère 89 et le personnel des hôtels étaient toujours enclins à aider à répondre aux besoins de mon fils et de ma grand-mère . L' ensemble du personnel - bureau frontal - restaurant - nettoyeurs - bar personnel était toujours ami et très confortable . Dès€53

Nous avons séjourné du 31 janvier au 17 février 2020 et ce fut des vacances de rêve. Super hotel et personnel extraordinaire, le service de bar et les restos sont vraiment très bien. Tous les employés sont dévoués et nous n'avons que des éloges pour l'ensemble du personnel. Tout est propre et décorer avec goût. Par contre, trop près de l'aéroport et le bruit des avions est incommodant. Chambres avec balcon et vue sur l'aéroport ou bien vue sur la piscine et immeuble à appartements. Toutes les chambres ont une vue partielle sur la mer des Caraïbes. Les prix sont en fonction de l'excellente qualité des services offerts. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer et se détendre en toute quiétude.Dès€142
