J'ai vraiment aimé cet hôtel. Tout le personnel était gentil, la nourriture était correcte et les animations étaient géniales. Apprenez un peu d'espagnol et restez sur la propriété lorsque vous visitez la République dominicaine. C'est un pays pauvre et de nombreuses parties semblent dangereuses. Le seul reproche que je ferais, c'est que le canapé de la villa sentait mauvais. Comme les personnes précédentes étaient allées jouer dans l'océan et sont venues s'asseoir sur le canapé, cependant, je n'ai pas informé la direction, donc je ne peux pas vraiment me plaindre, j'ai également eu du mal à faire fonctionner la baignoire.

Les différents paiements de l'hôtel nécessitent une plus grande transparence, comme les frais de repas supplémentaires des enfants, qui coûtent très cher. Bien qu'ils aient accepté de rembourser après la communication finale, cela affecterait inévitablement l'ambiance du voyage.

⚠️ À LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT CET AVIS : Un hôtel digne de ce nom. Le respect et la considération que le personnel accorde aux clients est incroyable ! Tout est propre : chambre, salons, piscine. Petit déjeuné varié : le service à table est incroyable. Même la sécurité est avenante. Les hôtes parlent : Espagnole, Anglais (big up Jimmy) et Français (François). Parlons des personnes super humaines comme... SAMUEL. Que dire? Son service envers nous a été impeccable, très charmant, sociable et agréable. Merci à Vianca, Ruth, Roberto pour la partie service cuisine. Jimmy, Juan Pablo, François pour l'accueil. Très reconnaissants envers Jimmy qui nous a accueillis la première nuit dès notre arrivée et nous a mis à l’aise tout de suite. Cet hôtel mérite 6 étoiles! Ils sont des étoiles! Hôtel à proximité du centre commercial Downtown. Du BAR COCO BONGO & CONGO. Attention aux chiens quand même… C'était 10 jours merveilleux je vous le recommande !!!!!

Sejour entre amis en avril. Très beau hôtel à Bavaro. Les restaurants sont très bons et le personnel agréable. Hôtel familial, mais très agréable. Par contre, il manque clairement de communication concernant les activités de l hôtel. Par exemple panneau d information. Il y a un boulevard avec des petites boutiques, un théâtre et une discothèque énorme, mais ouverte seulement fin de semaine, donc quand tu arrives le dimanche jusqu'au jeudi peu d animation nocturne. L hôtel est bien pour se reposer. Petit bémol le bar du lobby, service très lent malgré 4 où 5 personnes derrière le bar, car ils discutent tranquillement entre eux. Le personnel du bar devrait être plus avenant.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'hôtel : la chambre vue sur mer magnifique et très reposante, la décoration soignée, le restaurant sur le toit très agréable pour les petits déjeuners très bons et copieux et le soir pour la nourriture japonaise. La localisation est vraiment sur la plage, avec de confortables lit transats comme autour des piscines. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, une mention particulière à Johanny qui s'est occupée de nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'efficacité. Les restaurants sont à proximité dans la station balnéaire, ainsi qu'un petit supermarché qui vend de tout. Nous recommandons sans hésitation, bien plus qualitatif que les all inclusive du coin.
