"Lovely hotel, great staff and a wonderful location. However, there really ought to be a warning to guests regarding parking. Car park is 200 yards up a very, very steep hill and walking up with luggage is "challenging" to even the fittest. Beware! Many thanks to Nicole who arranged a room on the 1st floor and a late check out."

"It was really nice and clean! we got such a big room the “Flat 1”/ number 6 which was so unexpected for the price. Me and my partner were only staying 4 days but it was so nice and open. the music wasnt really a bother at all from the bar downstairs, only thing i would say would be the windows are thin so you could hear very clearly outside, but it wasnt a huge bother to us. didnt see a single other person once the whole time we were there which was fine for us. it was secure and seemed safe, super clean. only gave 1 and a half toilet rolls but wasnt too bothered by this we bought some more anyways. the toilet was separate from the room and then in the room was another door to the shower, there was a random door we didnt have exit to labeled as a fire door which was confusing but not too bad. The photos are blurry as theyre from a video. but i would recommend if youre mostly there for going other places and mostly just to sleep and cool down in the evenings! perfect location to close to everything."

"L'hôtel est très confortable, le personnel est très bien situé et il est très bon, mais il faut vraiment avertir les clients de la situation de parking. Le parc de voitures est à 200 mètres d'une colline très, très rigide et marcher avec bagages est "défiant" pour même le plus adéquat. Attention! Merci beaucoup à Nicole qui a organisé une chambre au 1er étage et un check-out tard."

"L'hôtel était très bon, mais quand vous vous sentiez chaud, il y a une fenêtre, nous essayons d'ouvrir, nous ne pouvions pas.   En fait, j'étais malade quand nous avons essayé de dormir la température encore très élevée, même avec deux fans, il n'a pas fonctionné parce que le fan n'a pas fonctionné bien et l'air chaud toujours à l'intérieur (la fenêtre ne pouvait pas ouvrir). Je me demande comment cela peut être parce que la température était de 14 degrés en dehors et que l'intérieur de la chambre se sentait plus de 28 à 30 degrés (le chauffage était hors). Nous étions très déçus, nous aimé la chambre, mais la température étrange a ruiné notre séjour."
