Premier Inn Abingdon

A tired place. Hotel needs a major renovation. Beefeater restaurant for breakfast was very poor. Is table order and quality of food was so bad we just wanted to leave after complaining. It was a plate masquerading as food. There seem to be no oride in what they serve. Roons were tired and in need of a complete renovstion. TV remote did not work properly so had to use TV controls. Will not return to this hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding on the weekend, conveniently located, Very comfortable bed!! Helpful and friendly staff, run down areas on the room such as bathroom tile cracked and some mould that can't be removed unless re sealed ( talking as a housekeeper myself, I know this isn't a reflection to the staff ) clean comfy room, lovely flow of hot water from the bath, only downside was service at the beefeater at breakfast. Very slow when the restaurant wasn't busy.

Such very helpful staff. This is our favourite Premier Inn because it is a bit smaller than most and is an older Inn with nice big rooms and great sound-proofing. What always stands out is just how friendly and helpful the staff are. Several times we have diverted more than we need to from our travelling route just so we can stay here.

My room was comfortable and clean and the staff have been friendly and helpful. Billy upgraded my room for no extra cost when I arrived which was really kind, and staff were quick to get extra towels when requested. The bar/restaurant was clean and had a chilled atmosphere. In general all staff have been friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay here again.

I have travelled across the country and stayed in many Premier Inns on business trips. I use Premier Inns because I can guarantee, for a reasonable price: A good evening meal A good night sleep A good early breakfast My night stay on 20.9.23 was the most I have ever paid, but I'll excuse that because it was a last minute booking My evening meal took an hour to arrive after the order had been taken. The night sleep was what I expect from Premier Inn, a comfortable bed, good shower. My breakfast this morning, where I had to give a time, 6.30am, was the worst I have ever had at a Premier Inn. The chef was obviously running late. There was no hot food laid out, plates were cold, tomatoes had obviously been microwaved because they had exploded but were hard, and the general quality of cooking was poor. Because the plates were cold, the food became cold very quickly. Definitely a fail and I will not be booking into the Premier Inn Abingdon again

Amazing new place. Second guest to check Inn. Lindsy the manager fantastic service with the voice of great singer.. A bit like Shania Twain Highly recommended. Beds and rooms are absolutely top notch.
