I travel extensively for business and stay in many hotels. This Residence Inn was exceptional. Matt and all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a room on the third floor. It was very clean and quiet and it had a fireplace!!! That made the room very cozy. The hotel is convenient to town and a number of amazing restaurants and is close to the airport. Ft. Wayne is a beautiful city, especially in early spring with all the flowering trees, tulips, daffodils and lovely parks.

Il est très confortable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas due à Covid19 mais les cafés et petits petits-déjeuners muffins/granola bars à partir du bureau de front. Parking lot & terrains étaient propres et sûrs. En général, un séjour agréable et de bonne valeur.

Nous avons utilisé des points de récompense pour une chambre royale et nous sommes très surpris de voir une suite avec un tube de jacuzzi profond et un jardin partagé. Le seul problème encontré était le seul ascenseur qui sentait très bien de fumer des hydrauliques. J'espère que le type Otis se présentera bientôt. Nous avons abandonné le petit déjeuner pour que je ne puisse pas parler de qualité, mais il a l'air bien placé quand nous sommes partis.

Nous avons eu un tournoi pour mes filles basketball, donc j'ai appelé l'hôtel le mardi 15e 2022 pour informer l'hôtel que je n'aurais peut-être pas besoin de samedi soir parce que j'avais un enfant de nos qui pourrait être libéré de l'hôpital le samedi après-midi, donc je ferais Il est 4 h de retour, alors la personne du Front Desk (Jimmy, je crois) m'a dit que je ne devais pas m'inquiéter et que je pouvais le faire vendredi quand j'arrive. J'ai appelé le bureau de front et parlé à la dame travaillant vendredi matin avant même de vérifier l'hôtel de la situation et elle a dit ”Pas de problème” et elle me verra quand je serai entrée pour vérifier. Je suis venue à midi et on m'a dit que la chambre ne serait pas prête pour 2 heures, donc je suis parti et puis quand je suis revenue elle m'a informé que je devais être accusé de samedi, même si je n'étais pas resté parce qu'il était trop tard pour annuler. Je lui ai dit mon histoire et elle a dit qu'il n'y avait rien qu'elle ne pouvait faire. Je l'ai appelé le numéro qu'elle m'a donné pour parler à la société et ils m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait rien qu'ils ne pouvaient faire et c'était à la direction. Il y avait pas de gestionnaire sur le site et il ne serait pas avant lundi. Elle m'a dit qu'un gestionnaire me rappellerait et que le gestionnaire n'a jamais fait. Je lui ai donné les clés au bureau de front à 11 h 15 le samedi matin 19 et je suis sorti et je suis allé 4 heures à la maison. Je suis toujours accusé d'une nuit que je n'ai même pas passé là. Le plus mauvais expérience de ma vie dans un hôtel, comme je l'ai été et je suis traité !

Ma sœur et moi sommes venus à la ville pour passer du temps avec notre père recevant des soins hospitaliers. Nous avons réservé une suite de séjour prolongée à un autre hôtel où nous avions une bonne expérience il y a plusieurs années, mais quand nous y sommes arrivés pendant une chute, il a été découvert qu'il était horrible maintenant. Nous sommes arrivés à Holiday Inn Express et nous ont donné un taux de Parkview à rabais, qui a été très utile depuis que nous avons fini de rester pendant deux semaines. De la délicieuse petit-déjeuner de Bobbie à Amanda, Nate et Katori nous donnant un bon taux et répondant à nos questions à la gentille et efficace entretien de la maison par Rock et le reste de l'équipe du 4ème étage chacun de l'équipe était très gentil. Ils nous ont même donné une carte de sympathie et des fleurs quand notre père est parti. Nous apprécions incroyablement combien ils ont soulagé quelques semaines très difficiles.
