這是我這次來阿聯酋住的最不滿意的酒店。房間陳舊，床單上有臟的印記，房間發出一股黴味，且光線昏暗，大白天也需要開燈。

沒健身房，服務一般。沒餐廳，就是住宿。

很不錯的公寓酒店，前台工作人員客氣

房間挺大的，價格適中

I recommend Paragon Apartment Hotel in Muroor Road Abudhabi, They have a very professional staff, Thank you Ms Ruena Calayan. The Hotel Apartment is a classic Hotel Apartment you feel at home with there 1 bedroom Deluxe King Apartment, you have everything you need in the kitchen plus the very good authomatic washing machine a cooker and a kitchen utensils. I definitely book again on our next trip.

We were looking for a hotel for one night to spend the night before flying out of Abu Dhabi airport. We got to the airport by bus from the central bus station and, accordingly, we were looking for a hotel within walking distance from the bus to the airport. Also, we were traveling with small children and needed a kitchen to cook. This hotel met all our expectations: convenient location, cleanliness, fast internet, comfortable mattresses, kitchen, cooking utensils. In addition, seeing that we were with children, we were given a free upgrade and we got a room even better than booked.

Overall We are not given the Service that must be give to us. Bad customer Service and will never go back again. The Celebration of the Party was unhappy cause of dealing with the bad service of Front Office, and we will Never come back again to all the Paragon Hotel cause of just the mistakes of the People who work here.

السادة إدارة الفندق المحترمين، تحية طيبة وبعد، أود أن أعبر عن استيائي الشديد من التجربة غير المرضية التي مررت بها أثناء زيارتي الى فندقكم، وتحديدًا من تعامل أحد الموظفين (بوبي)موظف امن الكاميرات. لقد واجهت أسلوبًا غير لائق في التعامل، ينم عن قلة احترام وافتقار للمهنية، وهو أمر لم أكن أتوقعه من فندق يحمل اسمكم وسمعتكم. أنا ضيف جاء باحثًا عن الراحة والاحترام، لكن ما واجهته كان على العكس تمامًا، مما سبب لي انزعاجًا شديدًا وأثر سلبًا على تجربتي. أتمنى أن يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذا السلوك مع أي نزيل مستقبلاً، وأن يتم التواصل معي بشأن ما حدث. Dear Hotel Management, Greetings, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unpleasant experience I had during my visit to your hotel, specifically regarding the behavior of one of your staff members—Mr. Bobby, the security camera officer. I was treated in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner that clearly lacked professionalism, which was completely unexpected from a hotel of your reputation. As a guest seeking comfort and respect, I was met with the opposite, which caused me significant discomfort and negatively impacted my overall experience. I sincerely hope that the necessary actions will be taken to ensure that such behavior is not repeated with any future guest, and I kindly request that I be contacted regarding this incident.

La habitación tenía cocina completa, living, dormitorio y baño privado, buena presión en la ducha, limpio, ubicado a 800 metros de la estación central de buses de Abu Dhabi (importante para ir o venir desde Dubai, y también para ir al circuito de F1 Yas Marina o al aeropuerto). Rodeado de un sinfín de bares, restaurantes y supermercados. No tienen desayuno disponible, pero al tener cocina completa, te las ingenias. Relación precio calidad adecuada.
