L'hôtel est situé près de la gare routière. La chambre n'avait pas l'air très propre : il y avait des cheveux sur la table, des taches jaunes sur la table de chevet et des gouttes de thé séché sur les tasses. J'ai aimé la vitesse d'Internet - la seule chose qui fonctionnait parfaitement.

The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside.
The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Unacceptable Service at Grand Villagio Hotel
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Grand Villagio Hotel, which occurred on [Insert Date of Stay]. The events that transpired during my stay, particularly concerning a room service order and the subsequent handling of my complaint, were entirely unacceptable and compromised my sense of safety and well-being.
On 31st of May 2025 around 22:35, I contacted the reception to request a simple order of watermelon. I was then transferred to the restaurant, where I placed my order.
To my dismay, the waiter who delivered the order brought an entire fruit platter, which I had explicitly not requested. When I tried to clarify the error, the waiter exhibited an appalling lack of professionalism, using disrespectful language and shouting at me.
The situation escalated to a deeply unsettling degree when the waiter attempted to forcefully enter my room, pushing against the door.
This aggressive behavior, coupled with the knowledge that hotel staff possess extra keys, created a significant sense of insecurity. I felt genuinely unsafe, concerned that the individual might attempt to enter my room without my consent.
Furthermore, the waiter then demanded I pay 80 AED for the unsolicited fruit platter.
Immediately following this alarming incident, I reported the matter to Mr. Khisra at the reception.
Regrettably, despite his assurances that the issue would be addressed, I witnessed no tangible resolution or follow-up. This lack of action reflects a concerning disregard for guest concerns and a failure to effectively de-escalate a distressing situation.
The overall experience demonstrated a severe lapse in customer service standards and a disturbing indifference to guest safety and satisfaction. I expect a hotel of Grand Villagio's purported standing to uphold a much higher standard of professionalism and guest care.
I look forward to your prompt investigation into this matter and a substantive response outlining the steps that will be taken to address these serious concerns.

Very good hotel till in the morning some workers begin to work very loud in the room nearby so i needed to wake up.

We had booked this hotel for 3 days and we were actually really shocked! We had already paid so unfortunately we couldn't leave earlier. The pool was literally so small and the water was cold. Because it is on the roof terrace there was no sun. We were shivering from the cold. The beds by the pool were DISGUSTING. I would rather have sat on the floor. Food was full of salt. There was a lot of noise every night, but the last night really took the cake. I don't know if they have a disco or something there, but the people that come there are really horrible. They walked half naked on the street screaming until the police came. Then an ambulance followed. Finally there were 2 women literally touching a man in the lobby. Our children were really upset. This is really NOT acceptable. This is not a family hotel, not even a normal people hotel. Does not meet at all what the Emirates an Islamic state stands for. We come to Dubai more times a year and have never seen this. I can't say a word about this hotel. PITY!

It’s was a pleasant stay, location is great, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are in very good condition, just maybe bathroom maintenance could use some improvement, it was always leaking water (at least in our room, not sure about others), so the floor in the bathroom was always wet.
Other than that it’s a great place to stay, would definitely come back for the next trip!
