Hotel Hacienda Maria Eugenia Acapulco

The room its self's needs a lot of maintenace everything is ancient old and the sinks had a discussing smell, room was moldy , tv didnt work.

The hotel clearly advertises a refrigerator in the room. When we checked in they said there was no refrigerator. However for 1000 pesos I could have one installed for the week. I picked this hotel because I wanted a fridge. It was false advertising and misleading.

This was excellent we had a wonderful time in Acapulco

I like evrething costumer Service. The Service of de food needed fixing Special mente the Bufet but evrething was good. Thank-u All workers in the Hacienda Mari Eujenia Thank-u

Staff was nice.

Good location and reasonable prices.

Very cool place for everyone in the center of the city

Great location. Had everything I needed

First, there are no locks on the door, just a fastener which allows the door to crack open. This made me feel unsafe at night since the hotel is pretty open to the public. Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway.
