- En arrivant, demande d’intervention de la maintenance pour réparer le robinet du lavabo, le porte-savon de la baignoire, le frigo qui ne refroidit pas, une porte de placard coulissant tombée au sol, l’absence de bouilloire : ces 3 derniers points n’ont pas été réparé. - Pendant le séjour, pas de piscine, sauna payant, Clim bruyante, intervention de la maintenance pour réparer les lattes du lit, chaînes TV pas assez nombreuses, présence de plusieurs petits cafards en salle de bain même au 6eme étage (environ 1 tué par jour). - A la sortie, une facture complémentaire de 15$ pour avoir taché des taies d’oreillers (le paiement en Birr ne suffisait pas, j’ai du payer 1,92€ de plus par carte), de multiples paiements Visa car les montants facturés n’étaient pas les bons (triple frais bancaires).

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Toujours avec le sourire et au service des clients. La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand bureau et un excellent wifi. L’idéal pour travailler tranquillement dans d’excellentes conditions. La salle de bain avait parfois une petite odeur de canalisation mais rien de très fort. Enfin, l’hôtel se situe à seulement 15 min de l’aéroport. Donc très pratique !

A 4 star beautiful budget friendly hotel located in the centre of the city within 15 minutes drive to the airport. Very friendly, hospitable and responsive staff. The traditional coffee drinking is amazing! Serene and neat environment The rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained. Very recommended.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff is attentive. Not too far from the airport. I appreciated the delicious meals in the morning and the variety provided. Something for everyone. There is some construction outside so it can be noisy but the staff can not control this.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's service and I greatly appreciate the dedication of the staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Additionally, I would like to suggest that the owners consider adding more amenities, such as a gaming center, football playground, swimming pool, etc.

Fantastic hospitality. Luxurious rooms and great restaurant. The staff and management are professional and efficient. The hotel is very close to the airport in a beautiful part of the city of Addis Ababa. A traditional Ethiopian coffee service is available in the lobby.

I found your hotel food very nice. I also found Maryamawit who is the lady at the front desk very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean . Please keep up the good work. Your chef comes to meet us as your clients and speaks to us to find out if we are happy with the food which I found to be very good. Please keep staff happy and reward them appropriately to retain them . I do not hesitate to recommend your facility to other international visitors .

I stayed here coming to Ethiopia for the first time - I have to say the service was INCREDIBLE! If you are thinking between this and another hotel CHOOSE THIS. The service is great - breakfast is great - internet was super fast - and the area is extremely walkable. The shuttle was also a huge plus. Can’t say enough good things

My room was large and clean. The only problem was that the air conditioner stopped working, but that was repaired within 20 minutes of letting the director know. Great breakfast buffet and I definitely recommend the massages! I will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist Lydia and waiter of restaurant Tegegn gave very good service. The General Manager is the best and his staff are very helpful.The bed was also super soft. The hotel's location is strategic as well. Highly recommended place to stay when in Addis.

One of the my favorite hotel in addis ababa, great hotel staff, with exceptional professional behavior, food spa, gym and location is perfect and no other can match, rooms are very cozi, spacious and neat and clean, all staffs are very friendly and cooperative, especially gym trainer tashome, spa ( mahader and reception girl ms. Lidiya and all are great in their job, I would like to recommend and suggest to visit and experience once, I feel like my second home, location and security wise nice place, near to airport and budget friendly. Must visit hotel.
