Pleasant stay. Good service and clean environment. Hotel receptionist didn't put stamp of amount paid as the hotel was booked

All good, food is good, bar is also good, the rooms are very nice, services is very faster location is also nearest to delhi highway, can any to catch transport services

Rooms were hygienic, super service and delicious food. Staff is polite and respectful. Location is centre of the city.

It's a wonderful stay at least price at agra. Rooms were clean. Staffs were very well behaved. Value for money.

Charges are high for basic services. Even water bottle charges are very high. Also there is no wall clock in rooms. And no buckets in bathroom. Room service is slow. Service and room cleaning is slow. Wall clock not present in room. Bucket in bathroom not available. Charges for day to day services are high.

Hotel Metro Agra is currently under renovation. However, we were provided a decent room on the 2nd floor. Room infrastructure is good. Once the renovation is finished, it will be more smooth operations. Staff is cooperative, but it will be nice if they smile more 😊 The tariff is affordable. Food is ok The location of the hotel is very good with Super Connectivity. Lobby is good 👍
