Leakage in toilet flush, TV was not in working condition, location shown on MMT is about one KM away from airport, however it is more than 3 KM away from airport through actual road

hotel forced us for early checkout which was highly unacceptable for us. i dont recommend this place due to thier poor customer satisfaction

The rooms were dirty, washroom was unhygienic and ac remote wasn’t there. Gyser wasn’t working properly

Prime & Reachable Location from Air Port. Although our Flight was arrived Late but still Pick Up Service from Air Port was too Good.Also Staff was Co operative in giving prompt services.Regarding other Amenities Its Good and all in workable Condition. Also Higgins is maintained

Rooms are not good , wash rooms not clened, no proper hot water supply , no proper net connection , staff are unprofessional. brake fast quality not upto mark ..bad experience.

Room was freshly painted with paint marks on tables and chair. Bathroom was clean. Location was also good and near to the airport.

1. While booking mm t gave option of late check in and validity for 24 hrs, which is not true. Hotel decline such flexibility. 2. It says complimentary pickup from airport. I also confirmed this from hotel. However after landing i was asked to take an auto from the airport. 3. Room was studio style small and what i had booked was an ac deluxe room. 4. The washroom was stinking. 5. It's worth to pay 700 to 1000 & not 1700- which mm t charged.
