Magnifique haveli avec cour intérieure sur 3 étages. Tout en haut, on trouve le restaurant et une terrasse surplombant toute la ville. Chambre agréable, confortable et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse et très disponible. Devant partir à 7h pour prendre le train, il m’a proposé spontanément que mon petit déjeuner soit préparé pour 6h30 afin que je ne parte pas sans manger (alors que ça commence normalement à 7h30). J’ai beaucoup apprécié et je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Its a amazing place to stay, neat and clean rooms including property. Value for money. Good food. Nice rooms. Nice pool area. Extremly clean property must visit place in pushkar.

Below things were not good 1. Blanket cover were torn 2. Towels were very old, even if they have cleaned them nobody can still use them 3. Asked for sugar packets for that they refused and asked to get them from their kitchen 4. No geyser and no television. They didnt recharge it even after so many requests. Such hotels should not list amenities which they cannot deliver and accordingly should reduce their prices. I would only recommend this hotel to bachelors because family cant stay here.

Beautiful property with spacious villas. Staff hospitality is really good . Kudos to Anandita at reception and Mr. Khan at restaurant for making the stay comfortable and luxurious. Pros of Property: - All villas are very spacious and luxurious - Open area is huge - Evening high tea and live music at weekend is awesome - Spa is really good - Bar with vintage wooden look is great - Lot of engagement activity for kids Cons of property: - Cycles in property needs to be repaired/ replaced - Kids play area walls are dampened and dust overall on TT table - Pool area deck needs to be repaired - Buffet spread can be better But overall 5 start hospitality which covers all the gaps of property. Really wonderful staff.

Il y a une belle salle de conférence avec capacité de sièges 80-100 avec installation de projecteur. Nous avons fait une conférence ***y ici et nous sentons que ici tous les membres du personnel sont en bons ***ners. Par ailleurs, le restaurant est aussi en bon intérieur et le prix de la nourriture en vérité.

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality by your front office team and Duty Manager Rajesh and Sadhana. The welcome and greeting were amazing, and it set the tone for a memorable stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the F&B team, particularly Sapna, who went above and beyond to take care of me. The entire F&B staff ensured that I was well taken care of during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was delicious and a highlight of my stay. Special thanks to Kalu Singh the driver, who was incredibly humble, polite, and knowledgeable about the cities. He made my excursions even more enjoyable with his insights. Thank you very much ones again . The nighttime Qawwali was an extraordinary experience, and I loved every moment of it. The atmosphere created during the performance was something I will always remember. I would also like to acknowledge the security team – Mr. Hemmat Singh, Jay Singh, and Jay Ram – who were all extremely helpful and courteous. The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, ensuring my room was always in top condition. Mr. Sunu Rawat, Mr. Bupender, and Head Chef Hitesh, who personally met me and introduced me to many delicious recipes, added a personal touch to my experience. I will definitely be recommending Pratap Mahal to my family and friends, as I am confident they will enjoy their stay as much as I did. Thank you once again for making my visit truly special.
