The house is located in a traditional private Lisbon courtyard (shared with three other houses). Guests have at their disposal a kitchen equipped with a fridge, gas hob, microwave and some food ingredients such as rice, pasta, olive oil, bread, milk, cereals, etc.
The comfortable 150x200cm double bed has a new mattress, and a new sofa is also available.
The house is served by the public transport network of Lisbon, namely buses, trams and trains. The Belém train station is located at 900 meters, taking the journey to Cais do Sodré, in the center of Lisbon, about 7 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Cascais line are also just a short train ride away, taking a 14-minute journey to Santo Amaro de Oeiras beach.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire studio and its various features, as well as the private patio (shared with three other houses). We provide bed linen, bath towels, shampoo and shower gel.
Interaction with guests
Guests will be received in person, with the possibility of transportation from the airport or train station. The hosts will be 100% available to help make your stay in Lisbon the best experience possible.

L’appartement est bien situé à belem au calme .il y’a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur .

Emplacement intéressant mais mise au norme du logement.
Absence des propriétaire sur place provoquant des manques d'informations (ex: pas de numéro du logement) et pour nous une sérieuse mise en conformité du logement à faire afin de pouvoir recevoir des visiteurs (moisissure, humidité ambiante et proche des prises coupures d'électricité, tuyau de gaz périmé janvier 2009) Dangerosité!

Wonderful place
We loved the little house and the little court in front and we loved the part of the town for not being so touristic. A nice quiet place for a holiday in Lissabon, well equipped and very clean.

Do NOT Book here
It is a ploy to get your money, then they claim to "guard" themselves with cancellation fees and hide behind the company in order to keep your money. A lawsuit has been opened and against them both with the FTC and is already in motion for false advertisement and Bait and Switch tactics. AVOID!!!

Good location, shabby, unsuitable for winter
Solid concrete building in a quiet area. No personal contact with owner - took 4 adults 15 minutes to open the lockbox to get the key.No heating or cooling system, the single portable heater was entirely incapable of dealing with the 12-16C weather during our 6 days in late January. It was very uncomfortable. Owner unable to provide more heaters.Kitchen and bathroom had many issues - only 1/2 the cooktop burners worked, sink tap unattached, flush toilet had a string, not a handle! Many cosmetic issues in both rooms. Ants. Water on the refrigerator (condensation, leak?) Retro bialetti-type coffee purculator - thank you Youtube for tips!Good shower and hot water pressure. Excellent Wifi.

Nice quiet property
Property is nice, as advertised. We really liked how it is in a quiet area/neighborhood. Lots of restaurants/stores within the area. Host is nice, helpful and very++ responsive to our messages. The only thing is, the hot water is kind of hard to control and it ran out on our last day, but good thing is that, the host was very responsive and prompt to fix it.

Good for value
Quiet area, free parking around, close to public transport.
Everything you need inside.
Small issues with ant infestation and smell in the house - probably because of the old furniture.

Quaintly fabulous
Every thing was easy from communicating with the owner (very polite and accommodating) to getting into the property. All very clean with a comfy bed. Do read the instructions so you know how to light the water heater! The privacy of the location is wonderful. It’s a quiet, older part of town but so much to see that’s in walking distance including restaurants full of locals and the more touristy places down the hill.

Good But. . .
Please post the number address outside gate
& inform the guests of the Exact NUMBERS FOR THE ADDRESS-soooo confusing!!!!!! Took over an hour to find the building.The kitchen sink needs some attention. Basic amenities-such as toilet paper & coffee for the next day would be greatly appreciated! But overall this stay was GOOD!!!
