The hotel was previously Intercontinental. However, I believe no major refurbishment has taken place thereafter. The hotel staff were helpful but still had less idea on how to manage the peak rush hours during the holidays. Rooms are big and spacious but the washrooms are very old style and needs change. Food had variety but no taste and was cold the staff had no idea that the food is cold and not enjoyable. I would rate an overall 3 out 5.

Nice place for a quick trip to Al ain. The hotel and infrastructure are a bit old but nicely maintained. The place is a bit isolated but the amnesties are good.

It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family. Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.

My First stay with this Hotel. From the moment I arrived every aspect of my stay was tailored to me. Nothing is more important than the guest in this hotel. If there was any issues or upgrading done nothing was too much for the team. Yes the hotel is not very modern but is clean and comfortable and in a perfect location.

I stayed at the Danat Resort for 10months as a long-term guest. The place is fantastic and I can highly recommend it. A special mention must go to Maysa & Faye on reception and Maharoof of the housekeeping team as they made my stay exceptional.

Nice rooms ..Great staff ..Nice property . We loved it ..and a special thanks to Haider , he ensured he delivers the best and we enjoy our best. Kudos to the entire management team running the show upfront and back-office both. We will ensure we visit again

The receptionist who assisted us was very helpful, providing all the information we needed. At Arabesque restaurant, where we had both breakfast and dinner, the food was satisfying, with a wide variety of options mainly focused on Arabic cuisine. I would say the experience exceeded our expectations, offering more value than what we paid for. After dinner, we relaxed on the outdoor patio, which features private rooms for shisha, and enjoyed live music from a talented singer. Later in the evening, we spent some time at McGettigan's for a beer and cocktails. Since I don't drink much alcohol, Michelle, one of the staff, recommended and personally crafted a great cocktail for me. She was very accommodating and responsive to our requests throughout the night. The next morning, after breakfast, we took a dip in the pool. Although the main adult pool was under renovation, we swam in the pool next to the children's area. The pool's depth was safe for both swimmers and non-swimmers. A nice touch was the poolside bar, where you could grab refreshments without leaving the water. Keannu, the waiter and bartender, helped us choose the best drinks. Overall, the staff were very accommodating, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We left as very satisfied customers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Amazing staff and i enjoyed alot staying here very calm and relaxing place with the Beautiful view outside and awesome staff here so welcoming so sweet and i would love to come back here with my family or friends cant wait to be back here again☺️

The only reason! And I mean THE ONLY one reason I chose this experience to be 5 stars is the staff and how friendly they are ! Seriously those people deserve a medal for their way of acting professionally and friendly! Starting from the reciption staff ! Restaurant, pool !!! Spa ! …. Everyone is smiling and trying to go extra mile for you to ensure your happiness… The receptionist knew that yesterday was my anniversary… she sent me q very nice cake … Thank uuu NOW ! Let me tell you about the overall experience … i booked 3 days half board .. and I had to checkout the next day !!! The hotel had this policy that for weekdays they had limited dinner buffet !!! And when i booked the hotel through them btw ! They haven’t told me about this ! And ended up having Shawerma and some pickles for dinner ! The dinner there is just a joke !! I don’t know how they are rated as a 5 stars hotel with such buffet! I had to order food at night because my kids were still hungry! Swimming pool is very nice Rooms ! I can give it 8/10 … rooms are nice! But i chose a deluxe room! And I don’t think this is supposed to be a deluxe room for a 5 stars hotel !! I couldn’t feel that at all ! Plus …. I could hear the room beside me Clearly!! All night i was Annoyed by music and shouting from the room beside me .. To be honest! My kids loved the hotel ! They had an enjoyable time !! But I won’t go back again to be honest:)

We had an amazing stay in this resort for our anniversary. The hospitality we received there will make us go back for sure! Mrs Mary handled professionally a small incident once we checked in and she took care to receive a delicious cake for our celebration. The breakfast and dinner buffet are of an amazing variety. The chef Sujit offered us details regarding the dishes, that was such a detail! The staff is smiling, they're very helpful and they go extra mile to offer an enhanced experience.

We celebrated our 11th Monthsary here! Just feel a bit sad because the Olympic pool and Jacuzzi were under renovation due to the recent flood that happened. Overall, it was a nice vacation for us! My Biba likes the breakfast buffet! Gym was good and garden was epic, very good for winter! There is a McGettigan's and was really good. We drunk a lot. Until next time, Al Ain!
