« We arrived early and from the second we drove in until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with the service. Because of our flight we arrived at 9 am so our room wasn’t ready so we did pay to upgrade (Al Sarab tented villa with pool) which was worth it but the butler service was poor. It was meant to be have their WhatsApp and they service you, but no responses or late replies for like an hour. Overall, it’s ok because we could still call using the phone but it was just an expectation that they set but couldn’t deliver. View was good, bonfire was great place to sit a have a drink, pool was heated, room was clean. »

« Abordable, avec plage privée, à côté de la zone industrielle. Il n'y a pas de restaurant de style chinois approprié à proximité, le petit déjeuner est moyen et le goût arabe. Les plages de la mer sont superbes. »

« The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities. »

« For the price we paid for 2 nights including the new year’s eve, it should have atleast worth every penny. When we checked in, we immediately complained about the pillow which smelled sweat and the bedsheets which had stain and hair on it which is unusual if it was newly changed. Also, the sea view room provided to us was the one facing the hotel gate entrance and with the sea on the other side of the road and was noisy at night as you can hear cars and different noises from the ground. You have to call for the shaving kit, cotton buds and did not provide extra toilet paper on our second day. The tissue in the tissue box smelled mold. The TV remote also did not work and had to call for assistance. »

« En arrivant avant Noël, il y avait beaucoup de clients dans l'hôtel, pour la plupart des familles avec enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, alors allez-y tôt sinon vous devrez faire la queue. Les différentes activités de l'hôtel sont essentiellement destinées aux enfants et aucun programme n'est prévu pour les adultes. »

« В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль …. »

« Le plus gros problème est l'odeur d'égout dans la chambre. C'était insupportable. La dernière nuit, j'ai dû littéralement utiliser des huiles. J'ai dû essayer de ne pas la sentir. Le niveau de bruit de la nuit précédente à cause d'une fête n'était pas amusant. La chambre elle-même est spacieuse et super basique. C'était assez propre et j'ai apprécié. L'odeur, encore une fois, est insupportable. L'odeur semblait imprégner une grande partie de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était super médiocre. L'odeur de friture était assez dégoûtante et vous collait aux yeux. J'ai évité le petit déjeuner les 2 derniers matins parce que ça n'en valait tout simplement pas la peine. Désolé ! La plage et la piscine étaient agréables et l'hôtel était très bien situé, à proximité de beaucoup de choses. »

« Everything was just amazing, even though it was a short stay, pool, beach, breakfast. Beautiful and totally new hotel. but they could definitely work on providing some slippers and coffee in the rooms. »
