酒店沒有Alula到旅遊地圖和旅遊指導，自駕困難重重：
1，hegra不知道如何去，North gate ?south gate？導航困難。後來知道375…9200…70
2、也沒有景點的營業時間，13：00到大象巖，説16：00開門，15：40到了黑格拉，已關門。
國際酒店都有旅遊宣傳單和地圖等，旅遊團沒問題，自由行有困難，希望改進。

環境很不錯，但是房間裏有剛剛裝修好的味道，過分的事，洗洗澡洗到一半，停水了，打電話給前台，過了一刻鐘來水了，繼續洗澡，水温越洗越冷，感覺用的是儲水式熱水器，越來越冷

房間有個小客廳，但是卧室太小，一張床衹有1.3米，根本無法睡兩個人。所以我們衹能一個人睡沙發。床上用品很差，設施簡陋。酒店位置離機場和鎮上不遠，員工的服務態度很好。旺季3000的價格，衹能是沒辦法，要不就別來

好棒的房子 客廳廚房衞生間卧室一應俱全
早餐服務態度很棒！早餐也好吃！停車也巨方便，去old town和winter park也方便，半小時。

This hotel is overpriced but overall still nice. Problem is staff service and the breakfast which is very crowded and messy. Room is very small for the price.
