Dear Sir, I booked 2 rooms on 12th April-2025 (Check in time 11.45 pm on 12.04.25 6.19 pm) at your IBIS Hotel (Hinjewadi Pune, Maharashtra). I am extremely dissatisfied while staying at your hotel, below are the reasons for my dissatisfaction. 1 - NO greetings received (Namaste/Hello etc) from the Security gate team and Front desk team. 2 - While parking, the security officer told me not to park your Car near the Reception entry gate as it is reserved for Handicapped Parking, but I saw next morning 2 cars (BMW and Mercedes cars) were parking in that area. 3- No bell boy was there to assist us to carry the luggage to the rooms or any trolley was there to bring all the luggage to the rooms. 4 - For booking, your staff Subeksha has allowed us for late check out till 1.00 pm and with charges of Rs.1000 + taxes upto 4.15 pm on next day (i.e. Late Check out Charges), but Ms Gauri called 3 times in the room at 12.00 noon for check out otherwise late check out will be payable to you. She is aggressively talking to my Wife. After that I came from outside at 1.15 pm and paid the charges till 6.00 pm (Rs.2240/-) and we already told her that we will vacant the 1 room but she didn't told us to submit the keys at the reception area and while check out she claim the extra payment for the same, I told her we already informed you that we are vacating the 1 room So at that time why didn't you told us to handover the keys at the reception area ?
