Timo Resort Hotel

Hello and greetings from Bulgaria. Me and my wife was in Timo Deluxe Resort from 31.05 to 7.06 and want to tell you that everything was perfect. We want to say some words for our stay: 1. The room was very clean, big and the seaview was breathtaking. 2. The personal, who works at the hotel - from all people at the main restaurant, the beach bars, chefs and people who are responsible for the hygiene of the entire complex are very kind and awesome. 3. And last but bot least the team that we love the most - Entertainment team! ❤️ Our holiday won't be the same without them! All that they do with so much energy, power and kindness is priceless and means a lot for us! They make people who are at Timo to feel you like family ❤️! Big big THANKS to them for everything they do for us and we hope that we will see you again some day! ❤️ Our only recommendation is if you have the opportunity to increase the number of sun loungers on the beach Thank you very much for everything!

The hotel is a good choice for families as well as couples since it offers a broad program of activities that can satisfy different needs. There is a sufficient amount of food served at different hotel spots, so you will never wait in queues. There are options for vegans, vegetarians, and others; although the choice of desserts is varied and irresistible, there are no dedicated sweets for people with diabetes. Probably one of the huge advantages of this hotel is the close access to the beach and the sea that was amazingly warm, approximately 30 degrees Celsius. Staff members mainly speak Russian and Turkish, but they will try their best to assist you in English or German if needed. They are very friendly, hospitable and helpful, and do their job with warm commitment and respect. Special thanks to Ömer Köseoğlu and his team, as they were very accountable, dedicated and helpful. We would definitely like to come back to Timo!

rude and unfriendly staff who do not speak English; with the baby, we were accommodated in a room without access for a stroller, we had to go up the stairs; the scheduled time for lunch is only an hour and a half; time for snacks on the beach which is scheduled for an hour and the snacks disappear after 10 minutes; spicy food, little fruit; small selection of drinks; dirty baby crib in the room; corroded mini bar
