Évaluations de Riviera Zen Hotel Adult Only

Really nice position, cozy and well equipped rooms, moderate delicious meal... but need to inform about one important moment : if u wanna stay in a room with a view overlooking not to the building wall (and this wall literally 30 cm just away from your window!) near the hotel u need to pay more about 30% -40% of a room price in addition to the room price.... we found out about this just when we came to the hotel, there is no information about it neither on the trip nor on the hotell site lending... by the way thanks for the lesson ...also, we came to the hotel just 2 hours before the check in time, the room was ready, but the guy at the reception said we had to pay extra 30€ for the so-called early check in. he added that this information is on their website, but actually there wasn't. We checked it. It was the first time in Turkey when they asked to pay extra money just for 2 hours even though the room was ready...very disappointing. All in all, we planned to prolong our stay at this hotel one week more but due to the price policy and personal policy of the receptionist we didn't.

Clean beautiful hotel. Close to beach. Good food.

Хороший отель в Алании, можно сказать что это четверка, но с погрешностью, что в городе Алании. Нормальный завтрак. Хорошее расположение близко к пляжу и к основному центру(я считаю что это старбакс). Вай Фай хорошо работает. Есть спортзал, но скудный. Номера большие. Есть ещё прикольная фишка: это вид на море и… на кладбище) можно смотреть на закат и на закат любой жизни. Нам это не мешало:)

바닷가 바로 앞에다 친절하고 쳥결하며 위생도 좋습니다. 단점을 주차할곳이 별로 없다는것이 단점이네요. 그래도 위치며 주변 환경이며 매우좋았네요

Hotel was amazing, big and clean room🤍 Amazing customer service and waiters Food was good, different foods whole week and there is something for everyone ! Pool area was clean and beautiful🩷 Hotel is almost at the beach, only one small road to cross to the beach. Would heavily recommend !🩷

We stayed 10 nights there and we really liked the place. It has been recently renovated and everything is new, clean and stylish. Room was not very big but it had everything we needed - we even got a great view to the sea! Staff was mostly very friendly, some of the guys were not so. Breakfast and dinner were great, lunch was pretty good - but in 10 days food got repeatitive. Pool area was very nice. Location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Their spa is very nice to take hamami. Only bad thing is zero sound proof - so you might need a good pair of earplugs to sleep tight. Still the best hotel in Alanya we have been so far!

Lovely hotel, now my favourite in Alanya. Food is great. All new and clean. Such lovely staff, so friendly. And I've been to a lot of hotels here, it's just a gem. I will come back again, now my 2nd time here. Very well situated. Can't fault a thing.

Lovely hotel, currently here. Peaceful, modern and relaxing. The staff absolutely brilliant, especially in the pool bar. Food is nice too, and the drinks they have proper wine and Schweppes tonic etc. lovely pool area and fresh rooms. I’ve been to many hotels in Alanya, this goes to my top five at least.

I really loved this hotel. The location is perfect - right in front of the beach and 500 meters from the city center and Alanya Bazar. Rooms are very modern, clean and cozy. The staff is really kind and helpful and they do their best to make you satisfied. This was our 6th year in Alanya and I can tell that the chef in this hotel is the best. Food is absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty. If we would go to Alanya again, I would definitely stay in Riviera Zen Hotel.

Das Rivera Zen ist nur zu Empfehlen! Die hotelanlage ist super, tolle Ausstattung und super Pool Anlage. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf wünsche ein. Die Zimmer sind super und Vorallem sehr sauber. Das Essen ist super lecker und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nur zum Empfehlen..!!!

Bij binnen komst in het hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooie kamers super schoon en luxe. Heerlijke bedden , iedere dag schone handdoeken en regelmatig verschonen van het bed.Perfect ontbijt met verschillende soorten brood en veel keus aan beleg yughort eitje etc. Bij de lunch ook zeer variabel eten en ‘s avonds ook gewoon goed. Persen is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik cht een aanrader.

Super 4 Sterne Resort Das sauberste Hotel in allen Bereichen wo ich jemals war. Strand direkt gegenüber. Wunderschön und sehr gepflegt . Feiner Kiesstrand. Manager kümmert sich sehr um das Wohlergehen der Gäste und spricht gutes Deutsch. Zu Mittag/Abendessen wird mit Getränken sofort bedient. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Alles super. Sehr erholsam gewesen. Im Juli das selbe Hotel wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Das Riviera Zen Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Guter (Zimmer-)Service, das Personal ist schnell und freundlich. Man kann zudem kostenlos ins Gym. Einziger Makel: wir haben Meerblick gebucht, was allerdings (zumindest im 2. Stock) keineswegs erfüllt wird. Neben dem Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, nicht weit entfernt auch eine Apotheke. Wenn man außerdem die Straße entlang geht kann man gut und viel shoppen gehen. Der Strand ist ein feiner Kiesstrand, der Einstieg ist aber problemlos barfuß möglich. Das Meer ist total schön und klar.
