Savk Hotel

We stayed at Savk for our visit to Alanya, rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need, ours was a balcony with sea view. Beds are comfy, though we got given a twin and we are a couple. Some design flaws, the kettle cord is so short and doesn't reach the table so you literally had to balance the kettle on top of a suitcase to get close to the plug. The shower is right next to toilet and you have to angle yourself 45 degree when you sit down so your knee doesn't hit the shower cubical. Nice chilled vibes, plenty of lounging areas all over the hotel and grounds. The hotel connected directly to the beach, with showers and changing facilities just as you come off the beach which is very convenient. Shops within a couple of mins walk nearby, this street is a lot quieter than the streets closer to the castle but everything is so close.  The biggest disappointed was food served, this hotel only does half board. I'm open to try new things but at breakfast, 4 of the food holders was bread. There was an omelette station which was good but I'm allergic to eggs so that limits my choice. Dinner time was also a disaster, repetitive and dry. None of the food was labelled so it was just a guessing game but for someone who has allergies, it would have been helpful to know what was served. Very limited options compared to other 4* hotels I've seen and been to. Be aware that drinks at dinner time are not included but isn't made known until you start drinking then they ask for money. Doesn't cost alot but something to be aware of.  The wifi is terrible, keeps disconnecting and so slow so don't rely on it. The customer service was average with minimal interaction, there were certain staff who were lovely and smiles on their faces. Speciel mention to the life guard Ilyas, the chef who makes the eggs and the lovely lady who serves at the restaurant too. Lovely hotel but I'd hesitate to come back due to the food.

The hotel is located next to the cemetery! Average food. The cleaning is terrible - the toilet is cleaned with a toothbrush!!! Towels are not changed. Please don't move here! The hotel is not even worthy of 3*!

Fantastic location- you have beautiful beach and mountain on one side and all shops and restaurants on the other.Food is fresh and delicious,especially grilled beef and fish! We have shower horse broken , it was replace in 20 minutes. Staff is polite and friendly. I got amazing 5 sessions massage from Tulay in hotel Spa. She revived my body with her kind and strong hand! She speaks small English, but her husband physiotherapist explained all my medical needs and concerns. Very appreciated! One star off because of noisy music from next hotel till midnight.

The hotel staff is super-polite, the hotel area is clean. The beach is good and there was always sunbeds available. We had a wonderful time on this hotel. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but the buffet was good.

It is in fact a good hotel. it might be a little over-rated for a 4 star. Positive Points: Service is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of them can even speak Danish. Affordable drinks from the bar. I left my Iphone and was able to get it back, honest staff! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Downside: (Swimming Pool): They have rules on NOT to reserve sun lounger by putting towels just to block it. Every day the whole duration of our stay, a group of Danish guests, blocks 5-6 loungers everyday for them, only for them. They even block the use of the floaters for themselves. That was so appaling. The hotel should be a bit more strict on their rules. Pool is not cleaned everyday. The lounger smells of cat piss and sh*t because there are atleast 5 stray cats around the hotel premises. (Buffet): Almost the same every night. I could not believe that they served a backbone of the chicken where there are almost no meat in it. If you are a rice eater, do not expect much...most of the carbohydrates are either potatoes or penne pasta. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am, that is quite late for an early riser. 6:30 would have been OK. (Room): Average size, average cleaning. tiny TV and smelly cabinet.

The location is perfect , first line to the beach . Many markets, restaurants, park , pharmacy, bus station near the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need ( towels, shampoo, kettle, soap, paper towel, refrigerator…) The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent service!! We had breakfast and lunch included the food was boring with no taste to it. But eatable The beds and umbrellas on the beach are not free but cheap and they are for extra fee at every hotel so no big deal. The ac placement was a bit disturbing because it was directly above the bed . The pool is small but still we managed to enjoy it as it was very clean and used the water toys from the beach, they even let us to take them to the beach :) We chose this hotel because of its location on cleopatra beach which is one of the best beaches in turkey and the green area around the hotel. I recommend this hotel for people who are searching for a 4 star hotel / excellent hotel on cleopatra beach I was there from 21 .07.2022 to 26.07.2022 All in all , clean hotel , nice service, clean beach and sea .

Вполне приятный маленький отель на первой линии. Входит только завтрак и ужин без напитков. Все остальное платно. Пляж широкий и хороший. Контингент - немецкие пенсионеры в основном, лежат у бассейна. В начале мая народу было немного, все очень комфортно. Персонал на русском не говорит. Но отношение к русским такое же, как и к остальным постояльцам. Детей практически нет. Влажный момент: если берёте боковой вид на море - не соглашаетесь селиться на первый этаж. С него вид на не море, а на крышу и кухню.

Apparte l’accoglienza che non é stata delle migliori..nel complesso é stata una bella esperienza.Arrivati in hotel alle 5 del mattino una volta saliti in camera (prenotazione per 3 persone) ci siamo resi conto che la stanza aveva solo un letto per due e un divanetto (senza cuscino e senza coperta) Dopo svariate discussioni con il signore della reception che continuava a dirci che questo non era un suo problema ci ha portato una coperta ed un cuscino. Al mattino seguente dopo aver insistito più volte hanno deciso di cambiarci stanza con 3 letti! La Posizione dell’hotel molto buona. Nei dintorni si trovano supermercati, bar, ristoranti Mini bazar etc etc. Il mare davvero stupendo! Acqua cristallina e lettini sempre disponibili. Staff super gentile,in particolar modo il cameriere Ali ed il Bagnino! Pulizia eccellente. Colazione un po‘ deludente… Buffet con poca scelta.
