Semiz Apart Hotel

I will given 5 star ,but is a lot lies on you Web. First you have pay for air con ,is not satellite tv only 2 channels and WiFi very very very slow. Rest of is good a believe to get what you pay. Staff all very lovely and helpful. Room service almost every day , pool small but was OK.

Hotel basic, but no complaints, bar staff lovely, food delicious, pool and other areas very clean, cleaners lovely too, beach just two minutes away. Other nice places to eat,, salt and pepper, great staff, and the viking, great staff too

Just come back from the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in, glad we were only there for 1 week, The hotel manager is the rudest man I have ever met, a d he must be training the receptionist to follow in his footsteps. The restaurant staff fell over us when we arrived but once they realised we were not eating there they were horrible. Even the other eating places around were shaking there heads when we said where we were staying. I would advise others to stay in Alanya as it is a beautiful place but NOT this hotel.

Avoid the rooms where dirty cupboards hanging off locks on front doors would not work properly lampshade hanging down maids did not clean rooms properly the manager was rude because he was not happy we did not eat at his restaurant every night but we like to explore different restaurants when on holiday the oil area was the best thing about this hotel I have stayed on many different parts of turkey for the last 20 years and never experienced anything like this I do not expect the best as I know the rooms are basic but this needs a lot of work done to it

We arrived on a monday and was greeted by an amazing staff. The room was not not complete luxury but it had the feeling we were seeking in Turkey. It was clean and had all the utensis we needed. The room had good AC and a nice view over the pool and surrounding area. The bed was little hard but we slept well for the entire stay. The food at the resturant was very tasty and had a local feel to it. Overall the stay was a great success and we will come back

Hi Dear All customers who planning to visit this apartment. What can I say.. 1st from Airport Alanya to this hotel 3 hours, not less. They give us 5th floor, for me it's ok but... Not WiFi (if u want Internet u need go and use at the lobby or restaurant, not in your room). We had 2 room apartment with 2 balcony. But Conditioner just in one room,second room don't have and its backing hot(u need pay for Conditioner €5 per day). But most terrible it's shower, when you really need wash yourself from hot weather 37°. Tap water working perfect hot/cold. But shower don't have power. And u have ice cold shower. We been using empty water bottles to wash ourselves. I think its REDICULOUS. People of 3 it's take one hour in 20 min to have a shower. And after u need mop the floor as water is everywhere. To request mope from reception its was a Big issue aswell. Kitchen area as many people said, it's dirty, kettle dirty, fridge dirty,cups dirty... I know it's not 5 star apartment, but it's silly and simple cleaning must be done. You will have one not comfortable pillow and like for me quite hard mattras. Had argued with reception regarding clean towels, as they not been changed for 6 days, and she said they don't have clean ones, I need wait for next day. This reception lady don't have any customers service maners. For our 11 nights inner we hade just one changing bedding. They say about private beach, I don't know what they mean, as beach yes, very close under 5min walk, but u still need pay for the umbrella and chairs 2chair &1 🌂 120LT). But my recommendation walk more to the left side where is Gold Beach Hotel, its better sea and no rock's. Tge best what i can say regarding this place,its Restaurant-very nice . Very delicious meals and good size. Personals very friendly and welcoming. Recommend to visit
