Nous sommes particulièrement reconnaissants à Doğukan pour son attention et sa sollicitude. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super et les chambres sont propres. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

It was in a very good location, right next to the sea. The trip was exactly what we paid for. Overall very convenient. Don’t expect to stay at a 5 star resort, it is exactly as they advertise is. I had a good time here! Very fair for the price.

Старенький отель, но хорошее расположение, рядом с телефериком и 3 пляж Клеопатры,
Холодильник плохо морозит, телевизор 4 канала еле показывает, все в мурашках.
2 спальная кровать, горячая вода-все плюсы.
инет слабый , но бесплатно.
Завтраки есть, на четверочку,

J'étais de passage dans la ville d'Alanya pour une nuit. Je n'étais pas préparée à rencontrer un personnel aussi familier avec les clients. Le pire était ma chambre que j'ai trouvé très sale. Il y avait des cheveux et poils sur les draps. Il y avait également une mauvaise odeur. La salle de bain etait tout aussi sale, voire pire. L'eau du lavabo ne s'écoulait pas correctement. De même pour la douche. J'ai payé 400TL pour une chambre très sale et démodée. A fuir absolument!

The hotel does not fit 3 stars. The hotel is worn out and needs updating. The towels and bed sheet, which is rather a big towel, is old with stains. The fifth floor room had at least hot water, but during shower the water went from hot to cold to hot. The best part was the last evening guest - a cockroach, which ruined the last night. The hotel reception didn't even care.

We stayed in the hotel for like a week,but during the trip it kept getting worse worse. The breakfast was very poor (eggs and sausages). The blanket in the room was rather a towel (and it wasnt that hot yet in Turkey). The shower was one of a kind. When you get in your room late at night dont wait for the hot or even warm water to appear. Even when the hot water did apper,the water flow consistently changed from freezingly cold to unbearably hot. Obviously you could smoke in the gates of the hotel,because our gate was full with smoke !!!! Dont wait for the wifi at your room. Even when you get it at the lobby,it is very poor quality. Without the pool this hotel would get 0.5 stars out of 5. Although i did not expect anything fancy,but we have been to other hotel which was also rated as 3 out of 5, and it was waaaaaaay better than this one. Long story short. If you want to spend at your hotel the minimum of your time,then welcome.

We were in the room at the 1st floor. Toilet was broken, no hot water in the evenings, very noisy. Friends got cockroach in their room. Sorry, but very far from 3 star hotel…Only good thing - there is a pool.

Very very noisy in the restaurant located on the first floor. It is now 2:30 am and there is noise. Horror impossible to sleep. The restaurant downstairs is so noisy at night that you can hear it very loudly in the room.

well the hotel location is really super just in front of the telefric in the middle of the city , staff are wonderfull speak fluent english very friendly especially dodoo , breakfast is standard not bad , swiming pool is fantastic and quite , about the room well it is yes old but large fridge and air condition working fine , TV is a misery but who care about TV , the room clean each day and towel changed but there is no shampoo in the bathroom , for a 13 euro a day for single room with breakfast i think it is a wonderful bargain
