FIRSTLY THIS HOTEL ‘ALL INCLUSIVE’ IS ONLY BEER AND WINE AND SOFT DRINKS WHICH ARE WARM!!!! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR OTHER SPIRITS COCKTAILS ETC. DEFINITELY NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. WI-FI IS NOT FREE MUST BE PAID AND CHARGED!!! TROUBLE FINDING BOOKING!!!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY VILE WE HAD FOOD POISIONING ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHERS. THE PLATES ARE DIRTY AND THE CUPS ARE WASHED BY HAND BY SOME STAFF. STAFF VERY RUDE AND GOSSIP ABOUT YOU IN TURKISH NOT REALISING WE CAN SPEAK TURKISH. THE FOOD IS LEFT OUT FROM MORNING AND RETURNED EVENING LEFT OVERS COLD FOOD FOOD HYGIENE OUT THE WINDOW THEY DO NOT EVEN USE SEPARATE COLOURS ALSO THEY HAVE CATS DOING BUSINESS ON THE FLOOR WHEN YOU ARE SAT DOWN WHEN PEOPLE WERE EATING FOOD AND THEY DO NOT DO A THING. NOT THE CATS FAULT JUST UNHYGIENIC. THE SEA IS DANGEROUS UNABLE TO GO IN DUE TO THE SEVERITY OF ROCKS IN THE SEA ELDERLEY PEOPLE CAN NOT GO IN DUE TO THEM FALLING AND HURTING THEMSELVES. THE SHOWER WAS VILEE FULL OF GRIME AND DIRT AND BROKEN DOORS DONT EVEN SHUT PROPERLY AND IS VERY SMALL SO IF YOU ARE BIGGER GOOD LUCK. THERE IS ALSO NO HAND SOAP LEFT!!!! SO DIRTY THE TOILET WAS DISGUSTING TOO FULL OF LIMESCALE AND GRIME ON BOTTOM. THERE IS NO ACTIVITIES AS STATED THERES NO POOOL TABLE TABLE TENNIS OR ANYTHING WHICH THEY ADVERTISE. THE HOTEL FOOD WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER TASTED RICE AND CHICKEN WHICH WAS PINK EVERYDAY AND SOME STEW TYPE OF FOOD THE FOOD WOULD BE LEFT OUT FOR HOURS TO GO COLD FROM MORNING TO EVENING THEY SERVE LEFT OVERS NO VARIETY OF CULTURES FOOD JUST TURKISH FOOD HOTEL ALSO NEXT TO A HIGHWAY WHERE CARS FLY DOWN DOING 70MPH REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RETURN HERE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE HONEST REVIEW! We booked this hotel due to its location right on the beach. Having read the reviews we were a bit apprehensive of what the food and accommodation would be like. However, the hotel is stated as 3 stars so therefore what we got was acceptable for that rating. The rooms were clean, a large shower and balcony, bedding and towels changed, and there are cupboards on each floor were you can get extra if needed. The food is a variety of different meat, fish, salad, rice, bread, dressings e.t.c and although like people have commented is not labelled, you can make out what it is and if not then you just try. The location of the hotel being right on the beach is beautiful, yes there are rocks as you enter the sea so i would definitely recommend water shoes but the sea is so clear and warm and with goggles would spend so much time watching the hundreds of different coloured fish swimming around you. There are shops all along the stretch right outside the hotel aswell as many places to eat and drink. All in all this was a great location and for the price i would absolutely recommend, so much so we have booked to go back the same time next year.

Worst hotel ever ,all inclusive that's a laugh lager wine only no spirits ,some staff rude ignorant, bathroom dirty our toilet was black in bottom ,took 3 attempts to get chiller that worked ,wife got electric shock from the bed light and me from coffee machine told that's fine ..really Food take life in own hands as nothing labelled so unless you recognise the dish then good luck ,at one point I tapped a salad bowl and mass of flies came out , plenty chicken,cold chips/wedges for breakfast plenty boiled eggs ,I took safe option ham&cheese with bread for breakfast, The bread was good Watched one cat spray the restaurant furniture and never cleaned, Room basic but ok shower mould around cubicle The entertainment is the music from next bar , Workmen trying to do up next door ,angle grinder killer ,found there girder in the sea ,managed to get rid of it on the boat that cleans up only for it to replaced the next day Toilets near bar well good luck for cleanness, Hotel pictures show children play area ,was not there and games area again not there ,bar with stools , I'm going blind as never saw any, Lovely picture of restaurant table again must be blind ,stayed with friends and we renamed the muzz extra hotel as everything extra ,again fruit machine either out of order or not replenisged, Pity as hotel in nice area and has lots of potential,would I go back to this hotel or recommend NEVER, Ananya is worth the visit as lots and lot's of shops bars ect lovely beach

This hotel has lots of potential but sadly the place is very very poor, some of the staff are wonderful but they changed the rules for drinks and wi-fi on the information leaflet in pen and said the advert was an old one. So bar closed at 10pm, you couldn't buy a drink after about 10:15, the free internet is now to be paid for. The food was pitiful at best, Chicken on the bone every day for lunch or dinner and 1 other meat type choice, no label to let you know what it was, so if you have any allergies or anything you have to take a risk the fresh bread was nice. But at times there were a lot of flies around which was very off putting. The bar will only give you draft beer, where they waste more than they pour, and only coke or sprite no spirits and the water machine was broken more than it worked no bottled water and if you asked they pretend to not understand. The room was basic but ok, the shower cubicle was broken and despite reporting it never got it fixed or looked at. No entertainment at all in the bar area, the big TV didn't work until near the end of the holiday and it only had 1 channel. You were not made to feel welcomed by some of the staff. The beach is nice the sunbeds are uncomfortable but the sea is lovely but not an easy in and out. Would I recommend it to anyone, no never. Although Alanya is nice and worth visiting please not in this Hotel.

It was a great holiday from 5th to 11th May 2024. Great room, gorgeous sea. I really liked that you could swim at any time (rain, slightly rough seas) and I was the only one who swam at that time. The food suited me, everything was great. Thanks a lot!

We spent 2 fab weeks at this small but lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and accommodating . Adam on reception made us feel very welcome and made sure were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily if required to a good standard , and the cleaning staff were beautiful and always happy to help. The food was lovely with a good choice , tasty & fresh. The chef mustafa does a brilliant job and food it topped up constantly during meal times. All bar & food staff were just absolutely brilliant with us , always happy , chatty and even with the language barrier made so much effort to make us laugh and have a good time. At meal times Baris , Ufuk , Eren , Ersin fatih & all staff waited on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is situated on the beautiful med on its own beach , it’s absolutely stunning 🤩 The bar and pool Are kept immaculate and staff are constantly cleaning & keeping the appearance of the hotel top notch. The beds were comfy , bathrooms clean , shampoo , soap & fresh towels were provided daily. It’s a more relaxing calm hotel to stay at , no kids at all in the 2 weeks here , there’s no entertainment which we were happy about as we wanted a more chilled time. We done lots of day trips which I highly recommend including jeep tours up into the mountains & pirate ship tours to see the amazing views from the med while eating lunch and sipping cocktails 🍹 I’d highly recommend this hotel , it’s cheaper than most , smaller than most , but the stay was 10/10

The hotel is a very lazy laid back place. Rooms are ok very small and the shower is tiny, if you are a bigger person you will struggle I am small and always hitting my but on the controls also more water came out of the hose than the shower head, but pressure is good, made the beds but didn’t change sheets or towels, I found the cupboard at end of corridor with toilet roll and stuff. Staff are very young in the bar/restaurant and are just ******, as is the beach man/life guard who’s dog does her business on the beach, I reported this nothing done, just a shrug. Food is ok if you like chicken, on every day, salads are quite good, deserts are excellent The only drinks on AI are wine and lager, I don’t do alcohol so can’t comment, soft drinks, tea and coffee were good. Then location, you can’t get better it is on the beach, looked at some other hotels, all had to cross the road and didn’t even have a private bit. There is no entertainment whatsoever, people are in bed or I assume gone out by 9 bar will be shutting. All in all great for a very laid back beach holiday, don’t expect anything more.

We was there 6 days. We are very satisfied about the hotel, room was okey, restaurant inside incredible. Employees was great, very helpful and nice. Adem manager is very funny and like helping with everything. He recommend us a lot places in Alanya. Food was very good, different and curious. The views form the hotel… unforgettable! This was real Turkish vacation. If you want see beautiful beach and pretty places you should check in in Muz Hotel 😄

Cheaper all inclusive directly on a beach with free A/C really nice friendly and helpful personell at the reception free sunbeds and parasols by the pool and beach. That's the good points, now the nitty gritty. We upgraded our room at extra cost, great view over the ocean and a balcony but nearly all the handles on draws and wardrobes were broken as was the lampshade and hand basin was cracked , told it was best room in hotel. The food is definitely low quality and much of it is the stews so they can get rid of stuff from a day or two back, soup that is barely warm when put out on the buffet everything is very repetitive and breakfast is abysmal there are also a family of cats in the dining room begging for food constantly. The beach looks fine and they have a guy who looks after it???? Till I stood in cat excrement buried in the sand between the sunbeds on two separate occasions, the beach guy has a dog and the restaurant staff thought it was hilarious to see the dog having a crap in the sand , no one picked it up. If you have a mobility problem you should avoid this place, it's lots of stairs no lifts and getting into the sea is difficult because of very slippery rock in the water.
