Reasonable prices, a variety of room sizes, on-site emergency power generation, very friendly and helpful staff! This small hotel has the best views of Mt. Mayon anywhere! Multiple levels and balconies to choose from. Air-conditioned rooms, TV (we didn't watch much), and included shower-toilet room with each room. Comfortable bedding and good lighting. NO on-site food service, but a McDonald's 200m on the same side of the road. Other area restaurants require transportation. Food preparation area and accommodation of events (for a fee) are available on the third floor terrace. Bring any food you like to eat there. 50% downpayment was required at booking, with the balance due on arrival.

Place is nice and cozy, rooms are clean and tidy. With nice city view from deck, beautiful landscape and with friendly and attentive staff. Ms. Mayette Nacional will make sure that everything you need will be provided, jolly person and easy to deal with while Sir Marlon will take care of your belongings and handles it properly and with care. Frontdesk Ms. Shé is also accommodating and provided complete information about your stay. Some guests may find the road leading to the place too steep with approx 45 degrees inclination and 90 degrees turn halfway but there is a parking space before the turn for easy loading and unloading. Might be challenging to new drivers. With free mineral water in common area and unlimited coffee with sugar. Al Fresco dining area at the ground floor, welcome hygiene kit available, towels, beddings provided. T&B comes with hot/cold shower and bidet. Meals can be ordered 24/7 and with half court basketball court. Overall it was a pleasant experience, budget friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended and will be back next year.

JJINGLONGL'hôtel est bien situé, juste à côté de SM, marchez quelques minutes, allez dans d'autres centres commerciaux, il y a d'autres centres commerciaux dans l'océan Pacifique et ils sont très proches. C'est à pied. Le tutu coûte 80 pesos et le gardien de sécurité à la porte appelle 150 pesos.
L'environnement général de l'hôtel est juste pour la transition. Il y a une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport. Vous pouvez prendre rendez-vous à l'avance et ce sera à 10 minutes. Plusieurs pharmacies à proximité sont très pratiques pour acheter des masques et des désinfectants. Il y a peu de chinois ici et personne ne les attrape.
Il y a beaucoup de repas en SM, il est donc facile de s'y restaurer à pied. Petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, buffet d'un jour, repas d'un jour, rien à manger, très simple.
Dans l'ensemble, le service est bon, il y a beaucoup de jeunes frères, ils sont tous mûrs et ils se sentent en sécurité.

IInvitéNous avons réservé un séjour de nuit et voici quelques points bon/moyenne/pas si bon (je ne dirai pas mal parce que leur hôtel est nouveau et touristique, les hôtels ne sont que revenir sur leurs pieds de la pandémie) Les tarifs: 3,500 pour une chambre Quel est la chambre: 2 lits de taille reine 👍👍👍 La zone est large pour la chambre 👍👍👍 Le meuble - un bureau de penderie pour vos affaires personnelles et peut être utilisé comme bureau pour travailler avec des ordinateurs portables Mais je pense qu'il n'est pas encore complètement complété parce que la sortie n'est pas facilement accessible (Veuillez fournir un grommon au bureau pour l'accès aux souteaux de sortie) Kettle est fixé soit sur la table latérale, soit à l'intérieur du compteur de lavage de la salle de bain. -Pas de petit réfrigérateur (qui devrait avoir un taux de 3,500 chambres) - Le cabinet ouvert est bon - l'espace pour les chaussures est aussi bien! -un lit avec panier -raque pour bagages -TV et chauffe-eau (mais notre travail n'était pas si près pour moi 😩) salle de bain : un peu étroite, la douche devrait être située où est le compteur de lavage, et le compteur de lavage devrait être à la position de la douche ... Avec Bidet, décharge, tissu, grand miroir, compteur de lavage spacieux, la partition de verre doit être vérifiée, afin d'empêcher l'éclatement de l'eau dans tout le bain n'est pas atteint. Ajouter des gants de robe 😊 Complimentaires: brosse dentaire, paste dentaire, savon et shampooing à pompe à recharge et conditionneur 👍👍👍👍👍 sachets de thé, café, sucre, crème et 2 bouteilles d'eau Cleanliness: 1 à 10. Je donne 8 ❤️. Appartements Piscine, Café, bar ouvert (le code de bar) Espaces de stationnement larges espaces de spa et de massage Les gardes de service sont polis et donnent une bonne assistance, surtout à Pwd's Maman est bien assistée. Équipage : Ils sont limités mais ils ont besoin d'efforts supplémentaires pour saluer les invités. Le ton des saluers et des yeux souriants est une bonne impression pour les invités. Service - nous avons demandé le bagage et il a fallu 20 minutes pour arriver quand nous sommes sur le point de nous rendre visite. Nous avons demandé un complément de poulet à 5 h 30 et il n'a pas été fourni, nous avons quitté la salle pour dîner est arrivé à 10 h et nous avons demandé à nouveau pour le poulet. 15 minutes après il a été livré. Avec le café aussi ❤️ Nous n'avons pas commandé d'autres dans leur menu Alors je ne peux pas payer beaucoup pour la nourriture. Ambiance - belle et propre, Bravo! pour les escaliers, vous ne serez jamais fatigué de monter ni descendre. Elevateur est OK à!!! En général - c'est un séjour moyen mais avec le potentiel d'être merveilleux. Et probablement la prochaine visite serait beaucoup mieux. À l'attendre de PROXY BY l'Hotel Oriental!!!

Llove18Le lit est tout simplement normal, mais la chambre est grande, mais pas d'autres fournitures où vous pouvez pendre vos vêtements. Le récepteur n'est pas accueillant, parfois vous entendez des bruits en dehors de la salle et parfois je suis réveillé quand je dors. Je peux vous suggérer cela à des couples, des amis, même des voyageurs solitaires qui veulent juste rester là pour un repos mais préfèrent voyager et visiter des endroits proches, car il est accessible.

IInvitéThe Hotel St. Ellis has the best breakfast buffet I've found anywhere, compared to at least a dozen hotels in the U.S. It also has a small but wonderful swimming pool, very good service, and a terrific shower. The biggest negative is that it provides absolutely no written instructions for operating the air conditioning, the TV, the Wifi, and the lights. It provides just one room key, no matter how many people are staying in the room. The air conditioning goes off at night, and can be restarted only by standing on a chair and pressing the button, but they don't tell you that. My wife and I suffered from overheating on the first night. Operating the TV requires pressing 2 or 3 buttons. The room has a power key -- a plastic card that must be inserted on a slot to get any electricity. I had to ask a staff member to connect by phone by WiFi on the ground floor and again on the 3rd floor, because they have 2 different systems. It took my wife and me a full day to figure everything out. The other family members, in another room, never did figure out the air conditioning, and suffered through all 3 nights. It would take the hotel staff less than an hour to write out all these instructions on a single page and print a copy for each room, but they don't bother. If they did, I would give the hotel 4 and a half stars. Other members of my family were so confused by the lack of instructions that they gave the hotel just 3 stars. Their other complaint was that the walls on the stairway are in serious need of painting and repair, but this didn't really bother me. Please, Hotel St. Ellis: get off your butts and write out the instructions!

IInvitéIn spite of the previous bad reviews I booked this hotel as they were reopening which I thought meant they have improved the hotel. They should have not opened yet at this stage where they are still fixing the hotel rooms and amenities. Maybe when they're finished renovating and they're fully open, it would be a better time to stay. Stay away if you want a comfy hotel stay. There were 2 incidents of brownout during our stay, on the 2nd one they couldn't fix the problem in our room, while the other rooms had electricity. Maintenance had to go inside our room in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but eventually had us transfer to a different room at almost 1am. Then we were hoping to sleep in, as we were tired from the previous night's issue, but at 7am the noise of drilling woke us up. Food: Disappointing food choices. They have a restaurant and a coffeeshop. Good coffee and pastries. But on the main restaurant, there were only 3 food choices in our entire 4-day stay: bicol express bagnet, sinigang bagnet and hainanese chicken. Breakfast was dismal, plated tapa/longganisa and egg, then 2nd option bread, ham, egg and sweet sausage. The taste was just okay. At one point we opted to have a breakfast buffet instead at a nearby hotel (M*r*s*n Hotel). Room: The view is definitely fantastic and our room was near the swimming pool which I appreciated. But the room is small. No trashcan in the bathroom, no hangers and laundry bags, but they promptly provided after I asked for it. No rack for towels. No hair dryer and they can't provide one when I asked for it as another guest is currently using it. The bed is not comfy, it is hard and no available room with a king-sized bed. Random noises from the work they're doing in the other rooms so you can't really relax or sleep at day time. One of the keycards kept on malfunctioning so I kept on going back to the lobby to have it reset. Others: Definitely great views and location. Wide open spaces but common areas are usually warm as the airconditioning is off on most areas. Lobby restroom appears clean but smells awful. There is no hand sanitizer or soap. Overall value: Php 5k promo rate and 7k for regular rate per night. It was not worth it. Spa: The staff and massage was great but the spa is still on the works, I even had to play music from my phone as their amenities are incomplete. They could have at least warned us that the hotel is not yet fully functional and renovated. Or they couldv'e just fixed the hotel first before having guests. Staff: The hotel staff was the gem of the hotel as they did their best in spite of the poor situation. They were kind, friendly, quick to respond and professional. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with.

IInvitéExcellent service from Front Office, household and restaurant staff and a nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shells, exhaust fans and corners. The bathroom is terrible. Eau nuée, baignoire molde et douche et oh mon boîtier de toilette Dieu est terriblement sale. La douche de pluie et la douche main ne fonctionnent pas correctement. J'ai dû emprunter la paille et la cuillère. Frigo/minibar est rustique. Des peintures de murs déchirées. Linettes en forme. Il y a aussi des trucs de coucher. 2 d'entre nous ont noté des marques de morsure sur nos jambes, nos mains et nos bras.

LLopezLe lieu est très confortable pour explorer la ville de Legazpi et le Mont Mayon, car il est au centre entre les deux. Le lit est très confortable. La chambre est aussi assez calme et propre. Les filles en charge sont également très agréables.

JJay TravelNous avons réservé cet hôtel pour 1 nuit de séjour à Legaspi City. Oun vérifier dans la réception demander 300 pesos par protocole d'hôtel Je ne sais pas pour quoi mais pas indiqué dans la réservation et nous réservons deux chambres, nous avons payé 600 cent pesos. La chambre est si propre que le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas de verrouillage sur la toilette, le bidet n'est pas fonctionnant correctement, même le chauffage.
