Hôtels 2 étoiles à Albufeira

L'hôtel est situé dans les environs de la vieille ville d'Albufeira. Le personnel de l'hôtel était gentil et ami. Mon chambre a une vue merveilleuse! Chambre 302! Belle piscine à se détendre. Il est à environ 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Je recommanderais cet hôtel si vous voulez un moment pacifique

This was our first trip abroad without parents. We decided to give Lastminute.com a try. We booked 5 nights at Hotel Da Gale, Largo Dos Luisadas, Albufeira, with return flights from Gatwick to Faro with WizzAir booked as part of the holiday package that was being offered by Lastminute - all paid up front. My dad had noticed that we would be arriving at the hotel after the official check-in time and so he contacted the hotel directly, both by phone and via email, to request a late check-in. In fact, he ended up sending 3 separate emails informing the hotel that we would be arriving late after the flight was delayed by several hours, and he phoned the hotel twice while we were flying out. To our great surprise and dismay, on arriving at the hotel we were informed that no rooms were available, and that we had to walk to alternative accommodation in a block of tourist apartments, where the room that we were given was dirty and infested with ants, and all this happened at 2am. This was not a good first experience abroad for the two of us! My dad spent the next 12 hours trying to talk with someone who could help. After wasting a lot of time on unhelpful online chats, and several international calls to the hotel, he eventually managed to get a customer service agent from Lastminute.com to phone him - after 3 separate calls with that agent, they ended up offering him the choice of either a £50 Lastminute voucher OR £30 refunded to his credit card - it was both rude and poor business practice that the two offers of compensation were not only of very little value, but also that they weren't for the same amount! Begrudgingly, he accepted the £30 refund because, after this experience it is very unlikely that we will book with Lastminute again. I was hoping that the hotel might offer some compensation directly to us, but we still haven't heard anything back from them, and I understand that as alternative accommodation was given, that they feel that they have fulfilled their legal obligation to us. Where is the customer service in that attitude?!

La chambre n'était pas comme il apparaissait sur les photos, ce qui a fait l'hôtel superbe, une position incroyable et des installations propres.

Les petits-déjeuners dans l'hôtel recommandent, ils sont à la hauteur!

Booked a last minute deal to these apartments. I chose them cause they had the indoor pool etc and being november i wasnt sure of weather. I was staying myself. Arrived at 11am and despite check in not being till 3 i was told i could get in in about an hour. Dumped my luggage and went for a walk and to find a shop. This is when i realised i was actualy quite a walk away from most things. Fine going down but all uphill back. Its a good ten min walk to a.shop and 15 to nearest bars etc. also about 20 mins to beach and 30 to old town so be prepared to walk or taxi it. The apartment itself was basic but clean. I just got a studio and sofas doubled as beds which were comfy enough and plenty pillows and blankets. Had a room at the back so got sun all day(when i got any). Used the indoor pool and jacuzzi a few times. Pool isnt big but does the job. There is also a gym and sauna. Bar and cafe were closed as it was out of season. Asked if i could get a late check out due to a late flight and for €20 i was allowed to keep room till 5pm which was a godsend. All in all a pleasant enough stay. Reception staff were friendly but be prepared to have nothing round about.

Très bien, la meilleure chose est l'emplacement où il se trouve, il est situé dans le meilleur endroit d'Albufeira dans tout le centre autour des discothèques, des bars, un luxe, la zone après le petit déjeuner très bien, des gâteaux au chocolat, des fruits, des jus pressés , bacon, le super matelas confortable a la climatisation la chambre écran plat et balcon avec vue sur tout le mello de la fête avec verre insonorisé un luxe je reviendrai 😃😃

Nous avons visité le début de décembre pour un séjour de 5 nuits. Nous avons été très surpris de la taille de l'appartement et très heureux de la cuisine. Nous avons vu la zone de piscine, que nous n'avons pas utilisé avec l'être Dec et un peu plus froid, mais ils semblaient grands, propres et pleins de lits solaires, etc. L'appartement était très propre, deux petits cons, les lits étaient des lits simples poussés ensemble, je n'aime pas cela dans un hôtel quand il est une réservation couple. Et la douche ne courait que chaude pour une certaine période, ce qui était un peu annonçant pour quelqu'un qui aime une douche chaude longue. Comme il était hors saison, il y avait beaucoup de travaux de maintenance à effectuer autour des terrains, de la piscine entretien et peinture à l'extérieur des appartements, donc je pense que le lieu sera ressembler agréable et frais pour l'été 😀 La position est en plus d'un La ville de Patel est très bien située dans le centre de la ville de Patel.
