It features 2 stunning bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, a full kitchen, a gorgeous dining room, an office, a cozy living room, and off-street parking. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring the city! Centrally located near UNM & the "Big-I" interstate exchange i-24 & I-40. Walk score is 61 out of 100, this location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot but easy access with cars. This location is in the Summit Park neighborhood in Albuquerque. Nearby parks include Summit Park, Urban Forest and Netherwood Park. This home is a 2bd/1ba with a spacious office/yoga room. It is on a very quiet street and offers a large backyard. Evaporative cooling - An evaporative cooler (also known as evaporative air conditioner, swamp cooler, swamp box, desert cooler and wet air cooler) is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. Swamp coolers are seasonal, they work during summer months only when temps are not freezing. The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Parking: 2 parking spaces available in drive way. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles. Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. Clean and comfortable The property is clean and well stocked. Beds are fairly comfortable. I tried message the host several times and only received automated pregenerated responses. If you don’t mind pet hair it’s a good place for family vacay in Albuquerque
