60 sqm apartment. on the second floor of a newly built building with lift, consisting of a double bedroom, a bridge bedroom with three single beds available; the living room includes a sofa bed for one and a half, a table that can be doubled up to 8 place settings, a cupboard with TV and a linear kitchen complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas hob); a bathroom and two balconies; the washing machine can be used in the dressing room. The apartment is furnished and equipped with dishes, utensils and bed linen and towels, beach umbrella and 4 bouncers. The rent includes the consumption of gas light and final cleaning. Très bon séjour à Alghéro dans un logement spacieux avec tout le nécéssaire, propre, placé au calme ou on peut se déplacer à pieds et prendre le bus pour se déplacer.Le balcon est aussi trés appréciable. Le propriétaire est également très réactif. Je conseille le logement sans hésiter.

Très bien, joli appartement bien placé

This place was absoutely perfect for our week-long stay. It is a very short walk from the bus station and old town - so central for getting out and about. There is a supermarket opposite. The apartment has everything you need and the host is very generous with dining and travel advice. We highly recommend!!

Hiking in Capo Caccia
A little noisy at times, but besides that very good location. Walking distance from city center and shopping. 20 minutes or so to Capo Caccia and beach.

Alghero City Centre
The apartment is in a quiet location in excellent proximity to both the historic old centre and the port. It is modern, beautifully appointed with everything one could need.
The host, Ugo is friendly, informative and very quick to reply to communication. Would certainly stay there again

Ugo was a great host even coming in on a late flight he was very accommodating the apartment was super clean and spacious had all you needed and then some quiet neighborhood easy walkable to all attractions would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay there again.
