Avis : Alicante Smart Accommodation

Hôtel très propre , au calme , très bien accueilli , très à l écoute j y reviendrais à recommander , 25 mn du centre y a le bus le 10 et le 6 qui vous dépose juste à côté , merci pour ces deux jrs Horel très agréable

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 4 jours. J'ai eu de très bonnes impressions de cet hôtel. Très propre, l'hôtel est neuf, tout est pensé, le lit et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, le personnel est réactif et sympathique, ils m'ont aidé à appeler un taxi, à imprimer des documents. Les chambres disposent de climatiseurs, qui fonctionnent également pour le chauffage, la chambre était très chaude. L'eau est chaude, il y a du shampoing et du gel douche. Il y a même de nouvelles éponges, du liquide vaisselle et des sacs poubelles. Internet est très bon. Il y a de nombreux cafés et magasins à proximité de l'hôtel, et un grand supermarché est à 5 minutes. L'hôtel parle anglais, espagnol et russe. J'ai été ravie et si je retourne à Alicante, ce ne sera que dans cet hôtel😍🥰😍merci🩵

the hotel is very clean and near all the tourist places, approximately 20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by bus. I love it

去的當天停電 結果整個酒店就靠智能...沒有辦法辦入住也沒辦法有門卡 也沒辦法有網絡和房間的任何電... 前台就倆人而且還不一定在 晚上大概率不在 有一位很不耐煩

説實話我從未體驗到的智能，完全通過手機入住，不需要前台，但是設施不行，大半夜莫名其妙停電了，到退房前都沒好，其他沒什麼問題

A fantastic place - better that I expected for the price. Spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped and the rooftop pool just perfect. All the staff I met were so lovely The location is near the Bull Ring, and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. I loved the location - a real taste of Spanish life! Cannot recommend more highly

Great little find for our overnight stay in Alicante. Brand new and super clean. Don’t let the l Ossian out you off it’s a little off the beaten track but a fab stay. - rooms equipped really well BIG towels, different glass types , nespresso machine - downstairs has a laundry room this was fabulous washer and Peter and iron and ironing boards not the usual rubbish ones you get abroad these actually ironed your clothes - small rooftop pool with a handful of loungers - Welcoming reception until 6pm Price was reasonable would definitely recommend

This accommodation in Alicante is excellent. Everything is sparkling new and clean. We had a room with a large terrace and it was spotless. The shower was brilliant, and shampoo and shower gel and towels are provided. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen area has everything you could need. There is plenty of storage and a safe. There is a rooftop pool which is really lovely. We thought the communal areas were cleaned less frequently but they were still fine. The location is not in the very centre or old town of Alicante but it is an easy 15-20 minutes walk to everything. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area. We would definitely return to this hotel.

This aparthotel is very clean and modern. The room was very well appointed and had great amenities. The terrace was spacious. The rooftop pool area was lovely. The area is quiet but you are still only about 10 minutes from the city centre. The receptionists were amazing-so helpful, kind and patient. They were so good to me.

Location: 3 minute walk to nearest supermarket and even less to a snack and drink shops. 15-20 minute walk from beach. We stayed in a twin room, the pillows and beds themselves were very comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was very powerful and the heat control was fantastic. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in large quantities in a pump on the wall. The room has a contemporary finish and there is plenty space in the fridge and cooking facilities. Use of safe and air conditioning is free. The door to the terrace could also be put on a semi-open window style setting.

The place exceeded our expectations: the staff were very friendly and helped us in the best way possible. The hotel is brand new and very clean and quite. It takes about 20 minutes walk to be in the beach and busy part of the city. Highly recommended :)
