Hotel situé au cœur de la vieille, qui est aussi la partie animée. Avantage d’avoir un parking dans une ville où le stationnement est difficile. Chambre spacieuse, grande salle de bain ; bèmol quant à la luminosité, la chambre donnant sur une petite rue calme mais avec un vis à vis proche qui nécessitait de fermer les rideaux. Bon petit-déjeuner. Le personnel de la réception plus souriant serait un plus non négligeable.

Excellent and friendly service we are a film production company and sometimes require very early breakfasts and v late suppers- the food is very good and the staff and management couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We have been using this hotel as production base and accomodation regularly for the last ten yrs. They reserve parking outside reception if requested. There are meeting rooms to use as production offices. The rooms are spacious and the beds v comfortable. The hotel has shops, restaurants, laundry and a mall 3 mins walk away. It is 5 mins drive from the motorway. It ticks all the boxes !

En plein centre, zones de boucherie à 7 minutes. Zones d'intérêt culturel 13 minutes. Vous disposez de parking dans un parking proche (difficile de partager dans la zone). Petit-déjeuner buffet est précieux. Personnel de réception amable. Chambre propre et bains nouveau.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Certes il est en dehors du centre historique mais facile de se garer dans la rue, et il y a un bus juste en bas pour se rendre en ville. L’accueil est pro et sympa, la chambre familiale très grande, très bonne literie et une bonne nuit passée. Nous avons dîné des taps au resto gastronomique, prix un peu élevé mais c’est un gastro et on le savait. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux et avec des produits de qualité. Bref un sans fautes pour cet hôtel que je recommande.

Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.

We stayed at Hotel Nuevo Torreluz for 5 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We stayed in a standard double room with breakfast included. Firstly, the location is fantastic if you are planning to explore the city on foot. It is located a 2-3 minute walk from one of the main street. There is a Carrefour Marketplace approx. 5 minute walk away. Key sites such as the cathedral, plaza de la constitution, civil war shelters and the casa del poeta are reachable within 5-10 minutes of walking. The tourist information centre is also nearby and is a helpful place to stop by at beginning of your visit to pick up a map. On arrival we were welcomed by the concierge who was friendly and helpful. The main room was basic but functional, there is a large wardrobe, table & chair, desk as well as a mini fridge and safe. There was no extra charge to use the safe which was a bonus. The bathroom was modern and clean. Overall, the room meet our needs well. Breakfast was continental, with guests serving themselves. There was a variety of options available from cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cakes to cold meats, bread and bacon, sausage & eggs. Hot drinks were available as well as fresh orange juice and water. We did not eat at the on-site restaurant (Taberna Nuevo Torreluz), instead we chose to eat out at various restaurants in the city. If you are looking for a good ice cream I'd recommend going to Alpino's, they had a great variety of flavours available and the scoop sizes were great. The beach was a 30 to 35 minute walk away, however, there is also a bus that leaves from the main street regularly. The beach is a mix of pebbles and sand. If travelling from the airport you can either get a bus and walk approx 10-15 minutes to hotel or get a 15 minute taxi. Overall, if you're looking for a good quality, clean and welcoming hotel in the centre of Almeria I would recommend staying here.

Cet endroit est très propre et le personnel très attentif , il m'a été facile de garder mon bagage quand je suis arrivée à l'avance et demande d'utiliser la piscine avant le check-in, Je répéterai , très bonne expérience

Hotel is beautiful. Not big, a mid-size boutique hotel is how I would describe it. I did switch rooms, which the hotel manager was kind enough to accommodate. My first room (suite with terrace) was on the 3rd floor roof and was a bit isolated for me as I was staying alone. Also, please be aware the air conditioning is off at the hotel in winter as it's quite cold for the locals, but not cold for me as I'm from a northern climate. However, my new room 212 was a beautiful suite with a gorgeous window on to the plaza. The view was fantastic. The mattress, though a little different, was quite comfortable and I slept very well. The morning breakfast was lovely with a great spread of different options and the view cannot be beat from the breakfast area. The baths are fabulous - it's a must do. My massage was wonderful too. There is no room service but a restaurant right downstairs. If you are looking for a pretty hotel in a beautiful spot in the city and are looking to enjoy the baths this is the spot for you. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

L’hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Le personnel est aimable, les chambres correctes (éviter les chambres exécutives avec porte communicante), la nourriture correcte sans plus. Pas de plage d’hôtel mais publique qui n’a aucun aménagement. Par contre dehors toute la journée et jusqu’à 11h du soir musique acoustique très forte imposée par l’hôtel. Impossible de se reposer sur son balcon ni de se relaxer à la piscine. Très forte envie de quitter rapidement cet endroit. Si vous voulez du calme évitez cet hôtel. Nulle part nous n’avions jusqu’à présent subi une musique de boîte de nuit du jour au soir.

Arrived late evening & check in very efficient from friendly hotel reception. Very clean & comfortable room. Excellent central location. Roof terrace provides relaxing area to unwind. Hotel car parking close by but very testing if you have a large vehicle!
