Viejas Casino & Willows Hotel

"I went to Veijas to meet Mr. Handpay (a YouTube a lot influencer). I checked in late after 6 pm. Check in was fine except per my reservation on Trip I was informed I would only be responsible for $10 and the hotel made me responsible for a $15 resort fee. I had dinner at their resort. I ordered the salmon well done. It came out raw in the center. I sent it back. It took the restaurant 45 minutes to bring my meal back. By that time I had nibbled from friend’s plates and wasn’t hungry. They did comp my meal and dessert. The casino allows smoking and they have no or poor air filtration system. My lungs and eyes were burning. I left the casino floor and went to my room (407). I checked out around 6 am because I literally was having issues breathing. The hotel check in clerk assured me that floor was non smoking. I was comped the $15 resort fee due the smoke smell coming into my room. After dinner I received a notification that a guest was assaulted in the parking area. Security didn’t seem to be concerned. My room was stunning and comfortable. Too bad I was unable to enjoy it."
