Avis : Developer Inn Orlando North a Baymont by Wyndham

DEPOSIT IS 100 NOT 50 that needs to be updated. I was provided with only one towel, face towel and a floor towel. The fact that as soon as I came into my room and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for more towels is ridiculous. I had to call for the internet password which should have been written on the key card or told to me or atleast should have been written in the rooms. No phone in the rooms. Did have hot water which was about the only good thing about this place. Noisy as it close to a busy road.

The hotel was recently sold to a Wyndham. The staff are really nice and very helpful. They do have a grab and go breakfast. That includes more things than most grabbing go breakfast is have reported any issues or anything they were handled immediately.

Was clean and accurate Will recommend for sure

It was okay except there was a roach in the room but other than that I slept okay

No tv remote no phone in room no hangers for clothes. No iron or iron board. Bugs crawling on floor. Ants on bathroom vanity when we woke up. Had to sleep with lights on because of bugs. I only stayed due to early flight and did not want to argue at midnight. Kids in next room loud at 10pm Trust and believe i did not sleep well at all WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Don't recommend this hotel if I could give it a negative i would have.

Was a Wyndham. I booked 3 months ago. Received email for early checkin the day before I arrived as I am Diamond status. I get there and no reservation because the hotel was bought the week before. I fainted. I showed reception all confirmations and price agreed for a 7 day stay and they matched it because they were nearly empty. Now it’s palm inn. Room is ok. Bed good. No remote for TV but staff took care of it. Free breakfast is so minimal it should not be advertised as bfst.

The rooms were huge the staff was amazing especially Gabrielle. Great place to stay. Plenty of things and events in walking distance. Ranes roost is right almost across the street. Amelia was fantastic as well . Pool was clean housekeeping up to par

The front desk staff has been really helpful, Gabriela, Jose and Whitley helped me with everything I needed, the rooms are very nice and clean. the front desk and pool was renovated so my stay was excellent!! keep on doing a great job, I'll be coming back soon!

There establishment is beautiful, the decor is amazing and Jose is awesome , great service and can’t wait to extend my stay xoxo they got breakfast in the am and free Wi-Fi , and the double bed room is spacious and clean . A must visit if your in Orlando or need great rates and great customer satisfaction

I had some problems on my end and they helped me with the booking super east and the stay was nice and calm the room was clean and nice the exterior was amazing and the interior was nice and well decorated super up to date the pool was clean and very well made.
