One large bedrooms is on the 1st floor, a second on the 2nd floor accompanied by an open bonus sleeping area that can accommodate a crowd. Multi Level deck, fire pit & boat dock for two boats complete this island oasis. No parties and No pets, no exceptions! The island is a quiet place and neighbors expect no loud noise or gatherings in the evening. You must own your boat and know how to drive your boat very well, the home is located Broadside and it can be very windy and you must have an expert boater present to dock!!!
