Our pool guy comes once a week to keep the pool clean and well maintained (he usually comes very early between 8-9am), our gardener also comes weekly to make sure the grounds are well kept and does some planting and trimming. Our cleaning team, handyman and our house manager take care of trash and repairs, and deal with any issue that may arise. They will be available to you if you need anything, but will stay out of your way otherwise. The entire house and pool area (excluding the garage) is all yours and you can enjoy it as you please. However, you will be notified if they ever need to go inside to fix something. Your comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to making sure we communicate and coordinate with you prior.
