Spacious Belmar Beauty w/ Fireplace & Patio

Location is great! The location of this VRBO was great. Right near where we had to be, plus shopping and restaurants nearby, and in a nice older neighborhood. The A/C works well, keeping the house nice and cool. The Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and the MB shower worked really well. The towels are nice and fluffy too. I also loved all the rooms had ceiling fans for a nice breeze of air. It was adequately cleaned in all the major areas, could use with a deep clean, yet we were pleased. We also loved being able to park our car in the garage when it rained one night. There is minimal decor, which I love because it gives me more room to put my stuff up. But there is also no lamps or any clocks in any rooms. The ceiling fan lights are the only lights in the bedrooms and living area. The ice maker was broken but we just grabbed a bag of ice, no biggie. It is an older home, and does need a cosmetic update with paint and cabinets. The kitchen table is very strange with build in chairs that were very uncomfortable. That was the only thing we really did not like but all in all, it was a nice older home. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The communication was a little delayed at first with the host but once we touched base it was good. Very attentive to our needs and questions.
