Overall the property was quite nice; however there was construction going on each day that was never communicated to us prior to scheduling this visit. The unit itself was quite nice, but several windows could not lock due to broken latches, and one widow couldn't close all the way posing a safety hazard since it was accessible from our deck. One of the beds had a hair in the sheets when pulled back. The cooktop wasn't very clean. Also, the property manager called me while we were in customs at the airport and told me that he would only stay at the property until 5pm that day to let us in. Needless to say, this brought about much stress and panic that we wouldn't be able to get into the unit that day. Our airline concierge coordinated a shuttle for us and reached out to the property to ensure that we would be able to check in that evening. The check in times noted on the site are from 4-11, so what we were told was not at all acceptable.
