If you want to go to Pavilion, it's just 30 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is clean, got a friendly staff, and a great room. Hotel per night is affordable because you'll get a best facility such as TV and air conditioner, and of course a clean bathroom, makeup table, mirror, a mug and a mineral water. If you want extra towel, blanket just ask the staff at the counter. You can also ask for iron, thermos if you want to.
