Le personnel est super sympa. Chaque fois que nous descendions dans le hall, ils nous demandaient si nous avions besoin de boissons. Nous avons eu droit à du thé, du café, du jus d'orange et parfois à des croissants et des fruits gratuitement. Notre chambre était assez petite. Il y a des arrêts de tramway à proximité, mais il faut marcher au moins un pâté de maisons. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un séjour agréable. Nous avons souvent visité le parc voisin et apprécié le quartier agréable.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis. Très bel hôtel avec un personnel de qualité. Les Chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner est copieux. L’environnement est calme, desservi par les transports mais il est aussi possible de tout faire à pied.

We had a good stay - quiet (area and guests), well located near a tram station with plenty of supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The room is clean, spacious with a work table for coffee, small sofa seats and even a footstool. The bathroom has heated flooring, the hot shower works beautifully. There is plenty of coffee/tea in the room and also at anytime at the dining area. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast. They also stored our luggage for us until late evening. The staff are helpful.

The staff were super friendly, the room was spacious for Europe standards Amazing location close to everything The room was warm enough, clean The free unlimited coffee and tea!! All of these things made the stay with maison elle just an amazing one

The staff are so lovely and welcoming, the rooms are lovely and the bed is one of the comfiest I’ve slept on. Free tea and coffee any time throughout your stay is a really sweet touch, and location wise it’s a 20 min walk from the edge of central and 5 mins to Vondelpark! The staff also very kindly arranged balloons and a welcome card waiting in our room on arrival for our celebration.

We loved everything! All of the staff were so kind and polite and welcoming! Our stay was so good, we extended our stay by one extra day! Room was beautiful, well designed, comfortable, clean, couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast host made us breakfast to our request and the French toast with blueberries was very good! It was right next to Vondelpark which is perfect for walks but the surrounding are was great because its quiet and peaceful but has lots of great places for food and coffee within walking distance and Central is not too far either.

-Very chic and cute boutique hotel! The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and convenient. It was in a nice neighbourhood and close to a park. I liked the decor, the smell of the hotel and attention to the detail. -What I didn't like: the room was too small, which is probably standard for Amsterdam but there was not enough space for our luggage. There was a closet to hang on clothes, a fridge, coffee machine and a safe. No Iron nor Iron board in the room but probably would be provided upon asking. .There are few steps to access the reception and hard for me to carry my luggage and no help was offered as there is no bellman. Also few steps to reach in our room. . When you get out of the room and you want to access the elevator there is a door and a small step( no warning at the door) but watch your step as I was about to fall. Overall a nice and pleasant stay. It is not at the center but access to Tram and public transport was easy and 15 minutes walk to the center. It was raining all week so a bit hard to walk though and BTW no umbrellas offered at the door or maybe all taken.

Delightful experience all around! This is the epitome of what you would desire of an European boutique hotel. The decor captivates you and draws you in to relax and enjoy! The rooms are clean, the staging is perfection, the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to visit another Maison Elle property!
