Hotel situé en plein centre. Réception ouverte 24h/24 avec une bonne sécurité. Le personnel est top. Les lits sont confortables, petite salle de bain privé mais qui suffit amplement. Les chambres sont propres et ont le nécessaires ;tables miroirs, tabourets) Les escaliers sont raides mais ce n’est pas un gros problème.

An uncomfortable ice box. The only words to explain my 1 x overnight stay in February. The location is perfect. The staff, pleasant. The room - tiny! The bed - hard and uncomfortable The heating was not working - it was 2 degrees outside. I approached reception twice about the issues and they told me “it will be on soon”. Soon never happened, and all night I was frozen. It’ll do for a one night cheap stay. But certainly not longer

The staff are all high. Housekeeping do not care nor turn up. Bed sheets have stains, both blood and bodily fluids... Bathrooms have mold. Shower pressure is nonexistent and temperature fluctuates between boiling hot or freezing cold with no adjustment to the temperature nobs. Guests scream and bang on the walls at night. Guests attempts to come into your room and knock through the night. Dead insects all over the room. Only positives is the location, which although rough, was convenient and the beds were relatively comfortable.

Excellent location within minutes walk to the city centre. Ideal for a short city break as it's near to Centraal Station. Staff friendly and helpful. Stairs is quite steep when travelling upstairs and the area can be noisy at night time with people on the street.

We checked out early as it was so bad. My partner and I are okay with basic but this hotel/hostel was awful to stay in. The room we were in was the last one and the stairs were a nightmare. The room smelt so awful that my un worn clothes smelt of the hotel. Luckily we found another hotel on our last day of visiting Amsterdam. The beds were also tiny and very uncomfortable. Hallways were noisy and the list could go on. I'm never usually the one to complain but would not recommend staying here.

For being a 1 star hotel, it really wasn’t bad. Location is 10/10. ＜5mins walk from Train Station, RLD, Shopping Centre, bars, coffee shops etc. Shower is outdated but does the job. Hallway didn’t smell great, BUT, the room was fine. Beds were comfortable enough Does the job really. Especially if you’re a group/couple of girls or lads. And all you need is a room to sleep and clean. It’s fine really

This was the cheapest I could find near the central station with private bathroom. I am really satisfied with what I got for what I payed. Great location, clean, supportive staff, small room but better than I thought.

Stayed here for 1 night (October 2022) since wanted central location at reasonable price. Location is great, very small room but pretty functional. Room was satisfactorily clean. Travelled with a friend on this trip, so the hotel was fine, definitely a hostel-kind-of-feel but had our own bathroom in the room. Stayed on the 3rd floor, I believe. The stairs are so so steep, be careful carrying your luggage or just walking up them without luggage, also they’re very very noisy, rooms are located just off the stairs so you’ll hear the creaks in the stairs and people talking as they walked up and down them throughout the night. Overall, the room served its purpose for 1 night, there’s no way I’d stay here for more than one night, though - space is too small and sounds are too loud at night.

I felt the location wasn't safe, being told to pay 10 euros in cash for the key deposit, which you get back. The rooms were very basic as expected but so noisy, and the bedroom I was in had many mosquitos or bed mites as my legs were bitten. Friendly cat on the stairs, but I could have had an allergy which would have been a severe issue. I could go on, but it's perfect for backpackers, one-night flings. It's very, very basic and brings earplugs. Single beds were smaller than single beds. OVERPRICED, ALL I CAN SAY. I didn't feel safe here at all. I decided to leave sooner and stayed at the airport as it was safer and cleaner.
