Hotel Green Heights, Pahalgam

I stayed for 1 night at Hotel Green Height Pahalgam during my Kashmir tour with my family. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. But the rooms were not very clean. I showed the dust on the floor of the room to their staff, then they cleaned it. The food was very tasty. I have only one complaint that despite the rooms being ready, the reception refused to give early check-in. When I showed my displeasure, the rooms were immediately given to me. I don't know why the hotel staff has any problem in giving early check-in, that too only half an hour before when the rooms are available. The location and view of the hotel is very good. For this I want to thank Mr. Rafiq Dar of TMG. I have given them 3 stars only because of the uncooperative attitude of the receptionist and lack of cleanliness, all other services were excellent.

The location is good. Coming from Srinagar, you reach the hotel 15-20 km before Pahalgam. The River is approachable by walk. Food is quite good. There are good lawns to sit and walk around. There is nothing of a market near the hotel and wherever you go, you have to go on car that is a must to stay here. But, it is better to stay here in lap of nature rather than too near the city. The rooms are average.

The hotel is located at in pahalgam movvera the location Is so cool the location has very good and also staff behave is very impressive and good behave I have found some hotel but I finnally found one of the best hotel in pahalgam searchin the hotels cleaning is very good most best behaves by the housekeeping department. We have visited the hotel green heights pahalgam we enjoyed a lot their services mr burhan was so good in services and the services were also good and if we talk about timings of burhan and check in time that was also good so we recommend you to have a visit in

The Hotel is located with a view of the mountains and stream ahead. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Shahid and Amir were looking after our group who were warm and friendly. Showket Restaurant Manager was friendly and cooperative. River Rafting too is available in about 3-4 KM from the Hotel. It's an excellent experience. The view is simply superb and exhilarating.
