Our quiet neighborhood is only 2 miles from ANC airport, and 1.5 miles from the worlds largest float plane base if you enjoy watching small airplanes. The beautiful Coastal Trail is behind our house were you can stretch your legs while bird viewing. On the way to downtown, 4 miles away, you’ll pass a grocery store and a Starbucks. Downtown you can eat at great restaurants, drink at local breweries, go shopping or go to a museum. Centrally located for all your adventures in Alaska. This generous space has 2 bedroom, plus a truly comfortable futon and a very comfortable couch that sleeps 1. 1 bath with a shower, laundry room, full kitchen and open living room. There is a patio with a propane grill and a cozy seating area looking out to our back yard. Guest access This property is an apartment downstairs from our living quarters. You have private entrance.
