WORST HOTEL EVER – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. We made an advance payment of 6 Rooms and completed the booking well before our arrival, but when we reached the hotel, the room was not even ready. We were traveling with a child, and due to the unnecessary delay and zero management, our child couldn't sleep until 4AM. Disgraceful! There was no staff available to assist or even answer basic questions. No lift in the building – we had to carry everything ourselves up the stairs. The rooms had water leakage problems – the floors were wet and slippery, making it unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. We had to ask multiple times for basic things like towels, which should already be in the room. This hotel is a joke. They take your money in advance and then treat you like you're a burden. There is no value for guests, no proper facilities, and absolutely no hospitality. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. Zero stars – they don’t even deserve that.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended, Especially for Girls I had a really bad experience at The Mayfield Resort, Vagator. Firstly, the management was completely unresponsive—we had to keep calling just to get basic help, and no one picked up most of the time. Though we eventually got our room, the condition was horrible. The room was full of insects and clearly not maintained at all. One of the most uncomfortable parts of our stay was the bartender. He kept staring at us in a way that made us feel very unsafe. Girls, please be extra cautious if you’re considering staying here. As for the food—don’t even bother. I ordered Chicken Chilli and Paneer Chilli and found plastic in the dish. The taste was terrible and clearly not fresh or up to the mark. We also asked for the AC remote, and the receptionist gave it to us after more than 3 hours! Totally unacceptable service. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor hygiene, unsafe environment, and extremely unprofessional staff.

Most dangerous property and worstest service the hotel reception staff are too rude with the guest. The image what they show in google is different and in real it is very worst maintenance and if you see good reviews then surely it is fake not real. The rooms are dirty bad smell horrible bed when asked to change they didnt do it. A/C and fan dont work in worst condition. When asked to change room telling lie the hotel rooms are full. When our guest wanted to check out due to horrible experience they are not allowing them to leave the hotel. When payment is done completely not asked for any refund then who the hell are they to stop. When asked reception person says you need to speak to MD then only will allow. Basically my suggestion would be for everyone please please never even book this property. Check in : 27th December and check out was 30th december as per booked but due to worst experience check out 28th december evening.

Pathetic & fraud hotel, found dead cockroaches in room, dirty towels, suburn & rude staff, no respect for a guest and many more. If you want to spoil your vacation, this hotel is best place. Infact you will see a crowd of some ppl booked hourly rooms here (just understand who are they), pathetic place when you with family & so embarrassing. Also the entire lane to reach there is shady, you will see some odd crowd there which makes you so uncomfortable & embarrassed. Very insecure place. Worse dicision of my life This is a couple & chaddar badlu hotel, not for family
