We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. C'est l'un des plus grands hôtels de cette piste, similaire à l'hôtel commercial de notre pays. L'hôtel se trouve à cinq ou six minutes à pied d'un metro de la ligne A1 de la métro Ankara, à six cent cents mètres de la zone commerciale, et un parc à côté. Les prix de la maison sont également raisonnables, avec un renminbi de 300 plus grands. Si vous connaissez la carte Baidu, la navigation Google, vous pouvez arriver à distance par bus, selon les indications vocales, à la mosquée de Cukatpi, à moins de dix minutes de marche du Musée de la Cine d'Ankara. La location est étonnante, très sûre et 1 minute à pied de la plus populaire avenue.Les chambres sont extra propres et de luxe.Je vais certainement visiter ce lieu encore comme nous avons apprécié la chambre royale en couple, Le personnel de la réception de jour de ski n'était pas heureux de travailler car il était évident de leur comportement, pas accueilli, nous sommes entrés dans l'hôtel et négativement ils ont demandé nos IDs. Aucune information n'a été donnée, aucun clocher n'a été offert, et quand nous sommes entrés dans la réception, ils ne leur ont même pas demandé ni dit quelque chose comme je leur ai dit que nous avions une réservation. « Dans ce genre d'hôtels de qualité, je ne m'attendais pas à cela.En outre, ils ne nous ont même pas dit notre étage, donc je l'ai su de la numéro sur notre carte! Tout ce qu'ils ont fait était de mauvais regard sur nous quand nous allions à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Après notre entrée dans notre chambre, environ 30 minutes ont passé et je ne pouvais pas connecter à Wi-Fi, donc j'ai appelé la réception et ce qu'ils m'ont dit c'est qu'ils n'ont pas commencé notre procédure d'entrée dans le système, donc je devrais attendre de connecter Wi-Fi, ce que je veux dire Nous n'avons pas vu les clients qui s'entraînaient , l'hôtel n'était pas fouillé et je pensais bien sûr qu'après avoir reçu nos informations et nous laisser aller à la salle de contrôle, il faudrait finir, mais ce que j'ai entendu, c'est qu'ils n'ont même pas commencé. Il y a une autre chose que je devrais ajouter ici : notre chambre n'était pas préparée pour nous, car elle n'avait pas d'eau complimentaire, de gel de shampooing, de serviettes. Je suppose que de nouveau c'est une erreur des récepteurs.Le personnel de la nuit dans la réception était beaucoup mieux et positif.À part qu'il est bien situé,proche des ambassades et attractions,Bien équipées chambres avec réel luxe et haute technologie.Amusez-vous tous les minutes de notre séjour La chambre et la vue sont également très bien recommandées à tous les amis qui visiteront Ankara.

I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

Belle auberge !

Très bel hôtel, très moderne et très bien situé dans Ankara. On le dirait neuf. Les chambres sont grandes, très propres. Le gros plus, le personnel est vraiment très serviable. Un exemple ? Je suis arrivé quasiment sans carburant avec ma voiture. Un employé de l’hôtel m’a accompagné à la station service la plus proche et s’est occupé de tout. Vraiment merci à eux pour ce séjour !!!! çok teşekkür ederim

The stay at this hotel was ok. Breakfast was very good. Great location, in the modern part of Ankara, with many restaurants around the corner and a mall. There were a couple of situations that may require improvement. First, the hotel has a very limited number of parking places, and they ask for your car key and will park the car for you. For me, this is always a bit inconvenient, especially because we were on a long road trip and had things in the car we might need, or not (but surely we were not willing to bring ‘everything’ to the room). On the second day, when we got to the hotel, I parked in a spot where I saw they parked the guest cars themselves. But still they asked me for the key! When I tried to understand why, a small discussion took place, a mixture of discomfort and language difficulties, and I still don’t understand why they wanted to have the key. Anyway... Maybe it’s their standard procedure. The topic which definitely needs improvement is the early breakfast pack. My wife needed to catch a flight at 5 AM, and we all know what this means: getting something to eat at very early hours. Of course the reception staff offered to organize “breakfast packs” and bring them to the room. But there was no list to chose from. They mentioned the packs were standard, without options. When we got them, we were disappointed. If I remember well, each pack had 1 sandwich, 1 apple, 1 juice and 1 water bottle (!). Not the standard I expected from a Mövenpick. I suggest you have a short list of items, allowing guests to customize their packs a bit. Last year, we had a similar situation at Mövenpick Amman (Jordan), and the breakfast pack was much better. Of course, in both hotels, there was a coffee machine in the room.
