"First and foremost, the property photos are not as advertised on the website. The common areas are nice, but the room accommodations were terrible, and the service was extremely poor. We were placed in a room behind the dining room which was down a hallway next to the kitchen across from the washer/dryer next to where the trash was kept each day. Furthermore, the photos on the website don’t show a room that looks anything like ours and when we inquired with the one and only staff person on-site, we were told our room isn’t listed on the site photos. This is misleading for a small inn to not show all the rooms available, particularly leaving off the less desirable ones. When we tried to get moved to a new room (as they weren’t sold out according to their misleading website) we were told we’d have to pay an extra $100 per night to move (we were already paying nearly $400 a night so that was simply unacceptable). As we were next to the kitchen, it was noisy every morning and so much so that they gave us a white noise to help block the noise, which leads us to believe that this is an ongoing issue that others have complained about. To be quite honest, we were confused why this was even a room they would rent out as there is no way anyone would stay in this room and have a good stay; we are confident that we can’t be the first people to have complained about this room. At one point the one staff member admitted to us that this was the worst room in the inn. The room was missing curtains, the bathroom was dirty and infested with flies the whole stay. It was poorly lit and poorly furnished (there isn’t even a closet, just a bar on the wall with hangers) so you have to live out of your suitcase. You can confirm this with the photos attached. In addition to all of this, the advertised daily breakfast was just muffins and orange juice set-out on a counter each morning. For the steep price they charge, strongly suggest finding another option."

"Pros- Hotel is clean, new and has nice lounge area by bar with comfortable seating and big screen TV over fireplace.  Shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water.   Cons- checking process was terribly slow for us and many others.   There was only one person working at check in time and line was long and slow.   Room was fairly tight, fridge was smaller than usual hotel mini-fridge, bathroom did not have a vent.   Breakfast was average- sausage and scrambled eggs all 3 days , yogurt with plenty of toppers (seeds, raisins, nuts etc), hard boiled eggs and store bought style bagels (not fresh) and no pastries. Coffee was NOT available shortly after breakfast was over.  Most hotels have coffee available all day."
