Situé au cœur de la surprenante petite ville et cependant au calme, ce vaste ensemble architectural ancien a été rénové selon les critères de l'excellente hôtellerie. Chambres frisant le luxe (nous en avons ”essayé” deux car la première n'était plus alimentée en eau froide - problème de plomberie rare ! - et on nous l'a immédiatement changée), et parties communes aussi, avec salons-boudoir à chaque étage et vaste bureau (pour écrivain insomniaque par exemple) au rez-de-chaussée, accessibles aux clients sans autre formalité. Le seul écueil a été la connexion internet qui a exigé de se rendre au rez-de-chaussée (dans le très beau bureau précité, et c'était donc plutôt un plus qu'un moins) ; probablement à cause de l'épaisseur des voûtes et murs de pierre ? Mais comme nous n'étions pas là pour nous adonner à la toxicomanie d'internet, ce fut une contrariété minime. Et on peut supposer que cela n'est pas le lot de toutes les chambres puisque cette réserve n'apparaît pas dans les autres commentaires. Ce fut une très belle étape, à prix raisonnable.
