Dear [nirvana] Management,
I am writing 👎👎👎to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had high expectations based on your advertising and reputation, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what was promised in any way.👎👎👎
Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely disappointing. When we arrived and entered our room, the bedding, including the pillows and sheets, was far from clean. They were visibly stained and looked unkempt. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Moreover, the bathroom facilities were in poor condition. The shower was broken and could not be used properly, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay.
Additionally, the spa facilities, including the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool, were either not working or were poorly maintained. This was a major reason for selecting your hotel, and the fact that these amenities were unavailable was very disappointing.
The food and desserts were also of very poor quality. They were not fresh, and the overall taste did not meet expectations. Given that meals are an essential part of the stay, this added to my dissatisfaction.
Considering these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and facilities were far from what was advertised, and it was not worth the money paid. I have taken photographs and videos as evidence, which I am prepared to share publicly to ensure that other potential guests are aware of the reality of staying at your hotel.
I expect a response to this complaint and would appreciate if you take immediate action to address these issues. It is important for businesses to provide what they promise, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements for future guests.

Le personnel était super sympa les chambres nickel bonne ambiance la nourriture était bonne les animations aussi je recommande la vue sur les montagnes ainsi que la ville donne envie de séjourner plus longtemps ils s’adaptent également au activité pour les enfants tres polyvalent

Nirvana est un hôtel magnifique, le personnel est au top, ils sont à l'écoute, notre assistant Mr Adahan était au top, il a réalisé tous nos souhaits, le personnel du petit déjeuner également au top Gurkan ainsi que ozgur, les animations sont de qualités. Hotel vivement conseillé.

Je vais commencer par les points négatifs : Pour un hôtel de type familiale la musique est trop forte que ça soit en journée ou le soir. Chambre: salle de bains un peu vieille. On avait une chambre sans climatisation ( fonction minimum) en plein de mois de juillet alors que la température extérieure avoisinait les 48°C. Impossible d'avoir une autre chambre car l'hôtel était plein. Si non, rien d'autre à rajouter c'est un très bon hôtel.

Tout le personnel dispose de grandes qualités humaines et professionnelles : en particulier Alex, Ibrahim, Mohamed,Gulshah, Denize, Usama, Mustafa, Koray, Volkan, Bâti, Bayram Ali et tout les autres, les installations sont exceptionnelles et les prestations aussi, tout est étudié pour vous faire sentir que vous êtes dans le meilleur endroit d'Antalya! La nourriture est variée et est de grande qualité, tant de choses à dire sur ça, le client ne manque de rien et est ébahi par ce qui est proposé, par exemple les boissons chaudes sont servis notament chez un Starbucks et un Nespresso Café, le Spa et les chambres sont fournis en cosmétiques L'Occitane, en effet j'ai pris ces exemples pour illustrer le degré de luxe auquel le clients a le droit et ce, pour un rapport qualité/prestations hors pairs..pour le reste des prestations/instalations tout est standard++ .merci pour vos efforts !et bonne continuation!

Un hôtel vraiment fabuleux, j’ai passé une semaine magnifique, tout était impeccable : plage, piscines, toboggans, animations, soirées, restauration. Les serveurs sont plus ou moins sympas et à l’écoute, un spa et une salle de sport fort sympathiques. Un séjour à refaire dans cet hôtel. Mention spéciale pour notre assistant du nom de Ogtung -si je ne me trompe pas- qui nous a accompagné durant tout le séjour.

Very good I enjoy a lot And would like to come here more and more. For me is very nice everything , high quality stuff, everything very well done and prepared for a nice stay , so highly recommend!!! They also have very good padel and tennis courts. And the best breakfast I have ever had in my life.

Every thing is good the food the room the housekeeping everything is great . We are very happy to choose your resort and very nice places . I suggest to prepare a bus to take us to the mall in time for 3 hours and return it’s very good idea i see it in Dubai.

We liked hotel. They have very good service. The food is so delicious. The stuff who working here is very friendly. Pools are grear to spend times. Reception is also very friendly, we had a lovely check-in. And also the hotel is close every place like airport and city Center.
