Beach House Antiparos

Spend over a week in Antiparos and the beach house was a daily must . A great location with amazing setting , fantastic views , beautiful beach , friendly staff and super food! Well done guys, well done!

Beautiful location, delicious fresh food, and very polite staff … The Beach House is relaxed, friendly and remains authentic. One of my favourite places to eat and sleep on the island! I have stayed here many times and highly recommend a visit to this unique spot.

We visited the Beach House when it was very windy in most Antiparos beaches. The beach there is totally protected and calm. We had a very pleasant swim and sat at the beach beds which were very comfortable and protected from the sun. The food was great with a refined twist on local produce: our top picks were the shrimp and jackfruit (vegan) tacos, the steamed greens with bottarga, including a marinated raw fish dish. Our kids enjoyed the kids’ menu very much as well. We are definitely going to visit this place again!!!

Booked here for a 3 day stay on Anti-Paros, a lovely smaller sister to Paros. Beach house is located in a lovely small protected bay with a pretty beach. There’s a large bar/restaurant complex, and a popular beach club with loungers and beach beds under palapas for rent. This review is about the hotel, but… It was immediately clear that the priority is the booming beach club, bar and restaurant. The hotel feels overlooked and forgotten. This even extends to hotel guests who get no priority in these other facilities. The hotel buildings were all freshly painted as was our room. However, it appears like the hotel grounds are ignored including many minor safety items. The hotel room itself (booked as “The honeymoon suite”), wasn’t a suite at all. It was dirty. Decoration was awkward and Spartan. While one could say it was intended to be in the simple Greek island style, it was still lacking. It featured a lovely balcony with a small table, 2 painfully uncomfortable chairs, and ONE cheap canvas lounging chair. Sadly the view of the beach was obscured by overgrown trees. The biggest challenge was water pressure and lack of hot water at random times - always in the morning though. When I inquired about this I was told it was because they have solar and it takes time for the water to heat up. I’m sure there’s a backup boiler that needs repair. For me this is unforgivable in a hotel! I can recommend the beach club, bar and restaurant. Skip the hotel though-it feels like management is absent or has given up. I’d be very sad if I had planned an entire week.

In sintesi: abbiamo preso un giorno per girare le spiagge di Antiparos. In ultimo arriviamo verso le 15:30 ad house beach per bere un drink e mangiare qualcosa. Chiediamo se è possibile sederci su uno dei divani liberi specificando l’intenzione usufruire del bar. Ci viene risposto di sì da una ragazza dello staff, ma dopo 10 minuti arriva un’altra ragazza negandoci il permesso e additando come scusa la prenotazione per un evento privato e ci propone in alternativa 2 lettini al prezzo di 100 euro, offerta non presa nemmeno in considerazione visto che volevamo fermarci solo un’ora. Alle 16:00 notiamo 3 persone sedute con un cane sul divano. Ovviamente “l’ evento ” era “esclusivo “per il cane, Conclusione: dopo un bagno ce ne siamo andati. Vengo da Milano, faccio weekend in Liguria, non mi stupiscono i prezzi, ma l’atteggiamento indisponente e il disservizio. Pertanto chi ha scritto che i divani sono messi a disposizione gratuitamente forse è un parente stretto dei proprietari… Se cercate acqua splendida , fondale basso, cortesia e una baia riparata dal vento, andate a Monastiri beach a Paros.

Πρόκειται για μια μικρή συμπαθητική παραλια , η οποία περιβάλλεται από ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα που διαθέτει και τύπου bar- Cafe Αρχικά έχει ξαπλώστρες οι οποίες ειχαν τιμή από 40 -60 € υπερβολικά μεγάλο αντίτιμο τόσο για τις παροχές όσο και για την τοποθεσία. Το bar Cafe δεν είχε σχεδόν τίποτα και ήταν πανακριβο. Για ένα μπριος μικρό πληρώνεις 6 ευρώ. Γενικά πολύ επιτηδευμενο ,χωρίς κάποιο service και παροχή. Δεν θα το προτιμούσα ξανά, εκτός κ αν έπαιρνα την ομπρέλα μου κ τον καφέ μου μαζί.
