L'hôtel est en général très bon. La réception était amicale. La situation est très bonne car il ya beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Il n'y a pas d'eau fournie et vous devez demander pour la brosse dentaire, la pâte dentaire et les cuves. Le petit déjeuner est en général ok. La piscine n'est pas chauffée.

Overpriced, inefficient and dissatisfying would be the three words I'd use to sum up my recent two-night stay at QT Canberra. While the room price was affordable enough, the food and drinks are incredibly expensive. At the bar, a glass of wine starts at a minimum of $16 for a standard size and goes up to $44 for a large (that's a glass, mind you - there's probably some good bottles that could be had for the same price, and QT's 'large' glass of wine is more like a 'medium'). At the restaurant, they’re charging around $40 for pasta, $50-$70 for steaks, $42-$48 for other mains and $18-$22 for desserts, with the wines on the wine list even more expensive than the aforementioned figures at the bar. I guess they figure they have a captive audience in the hotel, so can charge any price they like? My first night there they couldn’t do room charges at the bar due to a ”technology outage” (apparently writing on a bit of paper who ordered what and their room number and then charging it after the fact was too difficult a concept to grasp) and they didn’t even bother asking if I wanted room charges on the second night, instead just having charges paid by card as if a normal bar. I did get a discount when I showed my membership, but they were never proactive in asking and I would've certainly been paying full price had I not been diligent in showing it to them. As part of my booking, I received a $40 food and beverage voucher to be used each day, yet both at the bar and at breakfast the staff seemed perplexed by the voucher. I was told to ask the front desk about it and had to get the respective manager in each section to take over both times - why are you offering vouchers to customers if your staff don't even know what they are or how to properly handle them? Continuing the voucher madness, there's a sign you can hang on your door which promises you ”a $10 food-and-beverage voucher each night you say 'no thanks' to housekeeping”. The fine print says that ”if you wish to participate, please hang this on your door before 1:00am”. Well, I did this, and expected to get another $20 worth of vouchers when checking out, but when I asked about this (once again, I'm the one who had to be proactive about asking - spot a theme here?), I was only given one voucher despite having the sign out for both nights I stayed there. I was told because “housekeeping hasn’t been today [the day I checked out] I only get one voucher” - what a nonsensical excuse. If I hang the sign on the door on Friday night and Saturday night and check out Sunday morning, how DOESN'T that entitle me to two vouchers? Oh well, it's probably a moot point anyway - the lone voucher I did receive had an expiry date of the same day (why would I want an extra $10 to spend on the same day I'm checking out? Logic would dictate it would make much more sense to be valid for a month at any QT location in Australia or something similar). There was a long wait for breakfast, involving queuing up for 5 minut

We 4 adults shared a 2 bedroom suite on arrival we received a warm welcome from reception staff, . directed to our suite and give keys . This was our first stay at Meriton,we were delighted to enter a spacious light filled airy and very clean apartment, in our opinion our necessary comforts of home away from home. On our arrival and departure our first impression remained, 5 stars! to Yar and Alina at front desk cheers and Thanks, house keeping staff on presentation and cleaning of all items and furniture,Wow! You all set the standard for the hospitality industry

Le choix de cet hôtel a également été l'attaque et l'examen global des décisions. Après votre séjour, il est surpris par le design de l'hôtel à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, et très heureux. Les installations et les services de l'hôtel sont dans leur ensemble très bons. Le sourire et le son d'une serveuse de petit déjeuner asiatique sont très sincères, enthousiastes et confortables; Les plats du bar sont essentiellement végétarien, mais ils sont pleins d'idées créatives, très délicieuses et pas chers (par rapport aux restaurants de l'extérieur et au centre commercial); tout ce qui est dans le minibar est gratuit, avec du vin, de la bière, de la cola, du lait, des noix, des oignons ... petits aliments. C'est pas l'hôtel générale; la chambre est très calme, je ne pense pas que le son soit mauvais (peut-être l'automne?), l'hôtel est bien hygiénique, les fournitures de la chambre sont très propres, il y a aussi des serviettes, les dents, etc., ne sont pas nécessaires, mais l'hôtel est disponible gratuitement en fonction des besoins de l'invité, et vous pouvez demander à la réception. Il est trop sombre que la lumière de la chambre d'hôte (le sens de la recherche de la conception est trop sombre), les hôtes doivent voir la lumière! Et c'est que toutes les portes de la chambre d'hôte ne sont pas bonnes.

Cet hôtel est situé à côté de l'Université nationale australienne. Nous avons assisté à la cérémonie de remise des diplômes du master de ma fille. Le séjour était très pratique et confortable. Il y a des restaurants et des bars spéciaux dans l'hôtel.

From the first moment you walk into the room, the musty smell hits you like a brick! The room we had was very small, but that didn’t bother us at all. It was the stagnant, stale air and the unmistakable smell of a very old hotel room, which once-upon-a-time was inhabited by smoking guests. I tried without success to open a window - I was desperate for some fresh air! On night two of our stay, after returning from a full day out exploring Canberra, I was astonished to see that housekeeping had replaced our towels, but not bothered to make the bed, empty the rubbish bin or vacuum the floor! This property is described as 4-star on the Best Western website, I have no idea how they are able to claim this rating! The breakfast selection can only be described as bare minimum, but the most disturbing thing about the breakfast “buffet” was how messy the entire area was! We found crumbs and pieces of rubbish scattered on each of the tables holding the food. Needless to say, we took a hard pass on the breakfast! The only positive I have to offer about our experience at this hotel is that the water pressure in the shower was very good.

Stayed 3 nights in a standard queen room. The room was nice, although a bit dark as I was on the ground floor with a small window facing the hotels covered entrance. The bed was very soft, maybe too soft for some. The bathroom with walk in shower was compact but functional. The hotel is close the main attractions, with free secure onsite parking. Kingston shops are close by with many nice cafes and supermarket. It has a fully mini bar in the room but I found the prices too high, $9 for a bottle of beer, so I Didnt use it. I got a great rate for my stay.

Nous avons eu un grand séjour à Rydges. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que le contrôle normal en temps et ils nous ont accueillis avec peu de temps d'attente. La chambre était propre et confortable avec douches chaudes comme il était de WA il était -1 quand nous sommes arrivés. Aucune plainte n'a été très amicale et aide et nous avons posé des questions sur les lieux de départ et de séjour pendant notre court séjour. Je resterais encore, je recommande.

Not my first time staying here, but still consistently a quality hotel that I will continue to stay at. Stayed here for extended stay and love the area close to come good food and bars. Also short walk for work in the city. Staff are friendly and quality of room and facilities are great! Highly recommend.

L'hébergement montre des signes de dégoût et de larmes. La rubis n'a pas été vide. Les réparations n'ont pas été effectuées dans la chambre. Le piston de bain fourni n'a pas corrigé le plongeur ou le bain. Le conditionneur de cheveux était vide, donc pas vérifié. L'ampoule de lit n'a pas fonctionné. La climatisation était de moins de standard dans notre chambre. Sur une note positive, le lit était confortable
