The lobby is a bit dated. But service is fast and very friendly . The rooms are renovated in a very modern way, quite pleasant. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment

Very convenient because very near to the airport and my main purpose is to have a good rest from long hours flight while waiting for departure next morning. Hotel also offer free shuttle to the airport with very good arrangement.

Je suis resté 5 nuits et 6 jours, et lorsque j'ai essayé d'utiliser la clé de ma carte de chambre en revenant de visites touristiques pendant 4 de ces jours, l'ascenseur pour aller à l'étage de ma chambre n'a pas répondu. Je me suis plaint à chaque fois, mais la cause n'a jamais fait l'objet d'une enquête et on m'a dit : « Je suis désolé ». « Désolé », c'est tout ce que j'ai dit. Lorsque j'ai rencontré ce problème pour la troisième fois, on m'a dit : « Si vous me laissez la clé de votre chambre pendant que je pars en voyage pendant la journée, je m'occuperai du problème pour que la carte réponde ». mais quand je suis rentré chez moi, l'ascenseur a fini par être fermé. On m'a donné une carte qui ne répondait pas. N'est-il pas possible que vous n'ayez pas répondu ? J'ai également demandé à la concierge de faire une réservation pour le restaurant de l'hôtel et on m'a dit qu'elle me répondrait si la réservation était effectuée. Immédiatement après cet échange, j'ai rappelé et demandé au concierge de modifier le nombre de personnes, et quand je lui ai rappelé qu'il m'appellerait s'il pouvait faire une réservation, il m'a répondu : « Nous ne proposons pas ce genre de service ». service. Veuillez appeler notre concierge à l'heure indiquée pour confirmer si votre commande a été acceptée ou non. Même si je lui ai dit qu'une concierge me contacterait, elle a obstinément refusé. Au moment où j'abandonnais et pensais : « Bon, je vais juste devoir téléphoner... », une concierge m'a informé que la réservation avait été faite avant que le nombre de personnes ne soit modifié. Après tout, j'ai été surpris que le concierge m'appelle. Les informations sur l'évolution du nombre de personnes n'ont pas été communiquées. Hahaha. Le service est incohérent entre les concierges et les informations ne sont pas communiquées. Est-ce vraiment un hôtel 5 étoiles ?

Hautement recommandé. L'emplacement, les transports, l'assainissement sont tous excellents. L'insonorisation est également très bonne.

Forgot to take photo of the hotel room!!! But it's pretty normal hotel room. I must thank you the staff, which helps me to change room and upgrade my room, as I doesn't like the room number when I was first given to.. hahaha... I didn't take down her name, maybe it was Tata chin.. the person that work when I check in on 25th Dec, 2.30pm, she was very helpful and understanding. Going extra miles to accommodate me. Will definitely go to this hotel again when I travel to Taiwan. The breakfast doesn't have scrambled eggs. But it's still quite a decent breakfast. They have the Taiwan tea that my mate likes it so much.

The Westin Tashee Resort in Taoyuan was an excellent getaway. The property is a little bit o it of the way, but it was well worth the trip. The service and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked on amenities. We had a good view of the mountains. The best part of the resort was all the activities and the pool. The outdoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. There was an open bar from 8:00 to 9:30 that was fun and had performers. Lots of Activities for kids as well. My only criticism would be the quality of the food in the buffet. While they had a lot of options, including western food, it was in my opinion poorly executed for the price. We tried both the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. For example, the eggs were too watery, the bacon not crispy enough during breakfast. Dinner the meat was dry. High points of the buffet is the selection and the Indian food. Surpassingly, the lobby bar (cafe?) had a great club sandwich, and was the best meal of the stay.

The best hotel in zhongli. You have free parking space, clean room and quiet room. The receptionists are very helpful. The corridor is still under construction and there are many things blocking the way.

The location was close to the airport. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choices. My concern was amenities were just toothbrush and toothpaste. Would have loved to have a bathrobe already in the room and body lotion. Overall, I would stay here again just make sure to bring a bag of toiletries. 😊

Mieux que prévu, la climatisation est très froide, les lumières de la pièce sont plus vives que prévu, il n'y a pas d'odeur de fumée ni d'odeur particulière. Bien que l'hôtel soit vieux, il est très propre. Le jet d'eau de la douche la tête est très forte. Le personnel de la réception est très gentil. Pas besoin d'attendre l'ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La vie est belle. Les fonctions sont parfaites, il y a beaucoup de choix pour manger et boire, et c'est proche de la nuit marché. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois. Il y a de l'alcool dans l'ascenseur pour se désinfecter les mains, ce qui est très prévenant.

Il semblait être un centre de santé pour les contrôles médicaux et donc tout semblait sain, y compris le petit déjeuner ! Cependant, vous devez être précoce ou le rechargement n'a pas été fait fréquemment car ils simplement retirent des plaques vides. La chambre était grande et propre. La plupart des chauffeurs de taxi ne connaissaient pas l'hôtel et il était difficile de trouver la position exacte. Il n'y avait rien d'intéressant à proximité.
