It is on East Lothian's Golf Coast and has two courses - Winterfield and Dunbar which is an Open Championship qualifying course. The Coast to Coast Surf School is situated at Belhaven Beach on the outskirts of the town and offers surf coaching and paddle board sessions. Foxlake Adventures is a 5 minute drive away and is one of the biggest wakeboarding centres in the UK as well as offering rope courses and a zip wire.
